There's nothing interesting about this product, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I experienced severe breakouts in the first few days, but things seem to have stabilized now. I definitely won't be purchasing it again.
A fantastic cream for oily and porous skin.
I bought this cream as a replacement for La Roche Effaclar Duo+, and it exceeded all my expectations! The effect is simply amazing. It worked very well for my oily, combination, and problematic skin. All the redness subsided overnight, and it has a slight brightening effect, which is exactly what I needed. It eliminated the greasy feeling and leaves a gentle matte finish. I am absolutely delighted.
I didn't buy it here, but the cream helped to reduce the rashes after a couple of uses. However, with continued use, I started experiencing allergies and red spots on my face. I do not recommend it.
This is simply an amazing product, and I regret not finding it sooner because I tried using Effaclar Duo on the advice of dermatologists, and it almost made my skin peel off. I have oily and dry skin with breakouts. With this cream, the excessive oily shine disappeared, and even in the summer, my skin looks great. The texture of my skin has also improved. However, it is not very moisturizing for me, so I would recommend using an additional lightweight moisturizer.
As a representative of the brand, if this cream gets into the area around the eyes and causes a burning sensation, could it be an allergic reaction? I've never experienced this before.
I have a combination problematic skin prone to redness. I was very afraid to try something new. The cream worked wonders. The condition of my skin improved. I use it together with the ultra-concentrated serum Effaclar.
I really liked this cream. It has a lightweight texture, perfect for summer. It moisturizes well and helps eliminate breakouts. I use it together with Holy Land products and the results are amazing! It also helps to combat pigmentation and even out the skin tone. In a word, it's a "find".
I didn't buy it here. I went to a makeup store to check the description and reviews...
The cream dried out my skin, causing redness and dryness on my cheeks as if my skin was frostbitten. I used it for a week but didn't go outside. My skin type is combination.
If you felt tightness and stinging after the first use, don't experiment for a week.
The only cream from this brand that did not work for me for inexplicable reasons. It caused a terrible burning sensation upon application, and the applied areas immediately turned red. On top of all that, it caused massive breakouts. It is not suitable as a foundation because it clumps and makes my entire face flaky. It's better to remove it and go back to using duo+ or creams from another line - everything goes back to normal. So be cautious and prepared for any consequences.
Good cream. However, it needs to be used carefully. I initially tried it twice a day, all over my face. I have combination skin. But with this cream, my entire face became oily within a few hours. And I started getting breakouts. I stopped using it for a while. But now I have returned to it. I apply it only on the problem area (which is under my chin). In the morning, I moisturize my entire face with a day cream. And everything is great. The breakouts have cleared up. And even post-acne marks have lightened. So, I can recommend it.
The product lacks moisture. It effectively combats breakouts and oily shine as well. It may be suitable for summer use and targeted application during problematic breakout periods.
I didn't really like it. It seemed alright, but for the price, I expected more. It barely moisturizes (especially after using the super drying Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel), and my pores haven't improved. Maybe there are slightly fewer breakouts, but that's about it. I'll go back to using Bioderma, which gave me velvet-like skin. It's a shame I decided to experiment.
This cream is a true salvation for oily problematic skin. It provides a beautiful mattifying effect, evens out the complexion and texture of the face, heals existing inflammations, and prevents new ones from appearing. I especially want to highlight the scent - it is simply wonderful. I am completely satisfied with this cream, I will definitely buy it again!
I have previously used a cream from this same brand, but the Duo+ version, and I liked it, so I decided to try this cream as well. It absorbs very well and does not cause any breakouts (which was a big problem when I used creams from other brands). There is no oily shine for a couple of hours, but the matte effect of the Duo cream lasts much longer.
Nevertheless, it is still a very good cream. I also use the cleanser and lotion from the same brand. Dermatologists and cosmetologists recommended them to me, and I have not regretted it. After a month, my skin has improved significantly, and everyone has noticed it.
I have been using this product for over two years now. It is an excellent face cream for oily skin.
This cream is great! It effectively eliminates oily shine and has a pleasant scent.
It worked for me. But here's my routine: micellar water, followed by Effaclar foaming cleanser, then the exfoliating toner Effaclar, followed by Effaclar Duo Plus, and then Effaclar K. I have oily skin. The cream didn't dry out my skin and didn't cause any new breakouts. I noticed that my blemishes heal faster after using this routine. I use it both in the morning and in the evening. In the evening, I can also use Cicaplast Baume B5 on top of this cream, they work well together and do a great job!)
I don't understand where all these positive reviews are coming from. After testing it, I can say that this is the worst product from this company. It horribly dried out my already not dry skin, making it look tight and flaky. (((
I didn't like the cream, it made my skin feel tight. It might be good for very oily skin, but I have combination skin and it dries it out a lot. I also don't like the consistency, and it tends to roll off a bit when I apply makeup on it. I won't buy it again. They sent me Effaclar Duo as a gift, and it is much better.
Miracle cream, a savior for oily and inflamed skin, thank you so much.
Here it is - my perfect summer product! My skin is oily and sometimes breakouts occur, but this cream somehow keeps my skin matte and fights against breakouts quite well.
It should be noted that this cream may not be suitable for those with dry skin, and that's okay because it is not intended for them.
I will definitely be buying more!
The cream works, I am satisfied, thank you! It has smoothed out the skin texture and reduced acne scars, resulting in fewer breakouts. Now I want to try Duo+, although I don't understand what their fundamental difference is. The characteristics of these two products are very similar.
This product is extremely drying. It caused dermatitis, resulting in my skin being covered in red inflammations and flakiness. It's a waste of money (400 UAH down the drain).
I had a problem with small breakouts on my cheeks and neck. After using this cream in combination with the toner and face wash from the same line for 1 month, my skin has been restored. The tone has become more even, the pores have tightened, and the oily shine has disappeared. The cream tube lasted exactly 3 months, using it twice a day. Meanwhile, the face wash and toner have lasted for 5 months with the same frequency of use. The consistency of the cream is light, so it absorbs quickly. Overall, I have only positive impressions of La Roche-Posay cosmetics. I will definitely order more in the future.
If you are looking for an unpaid comment, I will surprise you: I believe in every comment with a rating of 5+.
I have troublesome skin, constant shine, and constant use of matte wipes - everything is temporary.
I applied the cream, 1 minute:
• No shine
• Normal skin tone, I don't know how it does it, but I am thrilled
• I can't say it stays matte all day, but for about 10 hours - for sure.
The price is really acceptable and the results are visible - in the true sense of the word)))
Ladies, take my advice from a woman just like you)
The cream is absolutely fantastic! I used to use Effaclar H while undergoing medical skin treatment, but now I have switched to this cream. I really love how my skin feels after using this cream - it doesn't get oily and remains matte all day. The post-acne marks have also lightened.
I have been using it for almost a month now and I am already satisfied with the outcome! I really like the entire Effaclar range! From now on, it's only Roche-Posay for me!
I really like this cream. I've been using it for quite some time now. It suits my oily skin with enlarged pores perfectly. I also use the face wash gel and pore-tightening lotion from the same line. Everything works well for me.
So, I've been using this product for probably over two weeks now. I have combination skin, and this cream has been really helpful with my acne. It does dry out the skin, so it's perfect for summer. I definitely didn't expect my old pimples to go away so quickly and for new ones not to appear. Overall, if you have similar issues, I recommend buying it, it might work for you too. By the way, it also slightly minimized my pores and reduced oil production.
After using this cream for 2 weeks, my blackheads have decreased significantly, my skin tone has evened out, and it has become brighter. I haven't had any new pimples appear during this time (even though 90% of all creams usually cause breakouts for me). The cream has a light texture and provides good moisturization (it's enough for me during the winter). I used this cream in combination with the toner (Physiological Soothing Lotion) and the cleansing gel (Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel). I am extremely satisfied with this purchase!
I didn't buy it here, but I am simply disappointed with this cream. After 2 applications, it caused such a breakout that my already problematic oily skin, but acne-free, became covered in pimples. Now I've wasted my money and my entire face is covered in them.
I apply this cream precisely on the affected areas, and after a week of using it every day (at night), the pimples I had treated with this cream disappeared. I highly recommend it!
The creams and gels have wonderful effects, they are light and calming. I have been using this brand for a long time and I am completely satisfied with it.
This is an excellent product that helps eliminate acne. It is suitable for oily and problematic skin. The texture is soft and quickly absorbed. I have tried other products from this brand, but they did not have the same effect. Purchase this product, and you will not regret it.
I have already left a review, but I would like to add that after a month of use, my skin has really improved, although I didn't expect it. In the first week of use, my skin became oily and I didn't see any significant results. But now, there is definitely no more oily shine that was there before, and my pores have shrunk, not to the point of disappearing completely, but I can notice the results. I used it under Mary Kay foundation + powder, and my face looks better for sure. So, maybe I will purchase it again or try a different version.
I am not very satisfied with the cream as it leaves a greasy shine on the skin. It is too early to say anything about the pores as I have not used it much. However, I would like to address La Roche-Posay representatives and ask why they do not provide samples of their products to customers. Your cosmetics are quite expensive, and before making a purchase, I would like to try the product rather than buying it blindly. I have already purchased the cleansing gel and I am satisfied with it, so I can recommend it. Now I have bought the cream, but I did not receive any samples. I would have liked to try the lotion for pore tightening and the foundation. I have been looking for this product in pharmacies, but there are no samples available anywhere. I don't understand why it is considered medicinal cosmetics if I cannot try it, especially considering the high prices and additional markups in pharmacies.
I have been using skincare products from this brand for several years, and they were the first products that worked well for my combination skin. Currently, I use this cream on my nose and forehead as it has a drying effect. I have blackheads on my nose, but I probably need to treat them with other products rather than relying solely on this skincare cream. Overall, the cream is of good quality, but its effectiveness also depends on the overall health of the body, not just on skincare products.
This product mattifies the skin, although it is difficult to spread evenly, which leads to higher consumption. However, it truly does a great job in restoring the skin after acne (I have combination skin, 28 years old). Unfortunately, it does not prevent breakouts and I haven't noticed any pore minimizing effects.
I used this cream together with the cleanser and lotion from the Effaclar series - and it only got WORSE! It caused a severe breakout and I can't seem to stop it. I can't remember the last time I had such a bad breakout since I was 18 years old. I bought it at the pharmacy. I do not recommend it! The interesting thing is that my skin was in good condition when I started using it. I bought it at the pharmacy.
The cream is good, but the effect is not immediate.
Super cream! I used Duo+ before, which was also good, but it would roll off if applied under makeup. However, this one has a very lightweight and weightless texture, and it saved me from inflammation in just 2 days!! I am very satisfied with all La Roche products, it's love))
Waste of money, absolutely no effect.
I have been using the entire Effaclar series for over a year, but specifically for this cream, I haven't seen any results. However, I haven't experienced anything negative either.
After using the entire Effaclar series, including this cream, for 1.5 months, there is absolutely no effect. It does nothing - doesn't mattify, doesn't even out the skin texture, nothing at all! I definitely do not recommend it!
I have always loved this cream and have been using it for over three years without any complaints. However, with my last order, they sent me the cream in a plastic tube instead of the usual metal one. Not only that, but the quality is not the same anymore, which is really disappointing. It makes my skin too oily. Could you please let me know if you have the cream in the metal tube? Thank you!
The cream is amazing, I really liked it. It feels light on the face and has a pleasant scent. I have very oily skin in the T-zone and I've tried so many creams and cleansers, but none of them worked and my skin would become oily again after just an hour of cleansing. However, the La Roche-Posay cream, combined with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel Moussant Purifiant cleanser, is a miracle. After just one application, my skin noticeably became matte. Throughout the day, my skin looks well-groomed and without any oily shine. Thank you, La Roche-Posay and Makeup, for the delivery.
The product contains acids and does have an effect, but it needs to be used for a long time to see results. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin after about a year: it smoothed out the skin and even lightened it after 2 years. However, it does not remove pigmentation spots, it lightens everything together. Currently, I use it both in the daytime and at night. The cream is lightweight and pleasant, it doesn't cause any extra sensations or greasiness on my combination skin. It has a very nice light scent. It didn't help with inflammation until I decided to address other causes. It also doesn't shrink pores, so I need to look for something additional, but at least it doesn't clog them, which is a relief.
This lightweight cream has a pleasant scent. However, it doesn't mattify my skin at all.
I am completely satisfied with this product, it has exceeded my expectations by 200%. It effectively eliminates the greasy shine, which is especially important during the summer. The cream has a lightweight texture that feels great on the skin. It has also helped reduce the size of my pores, although I have only been using it for 2 weeks, so I will continue to monitor its long-term effects. Additionally, it effectively reduces redness, especially when used in conjunction with the Effacler cleansing gel. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product.
I have been searching for a product like this for a long time, and it not only tightens pores but also works great under makeup!
For the first time, I have come across a cream that actually impacts my enlarged pores and blackheads. I have been using it for a month, and all of this has become much less noticeable, and my skin's surface has improved. It somewhat reminds me of the effect of Roaccutane. Also, it provides long-lasting mattifying, even longer than any other Effaclar creams. I bought it at my own risk due to conflicting reviews, but it seems to be suitable for me.
Question for the Expert of the brand:
I am currently undergoing treatment with Isotretinoin and using the Effaclar range (gel and cream Effaclar H). My skin is no longer drying out like it did at the beginning of the treatment, and I would like to try Effaclar K+ to tighten my pores and even out my skin tone. Could you please tell me if K+ would be suitable for my situation?
I also tried Effaclar Duo+, but unfortunately, it did not work for me (causing discomfort and irritation).
La Roche is of excellent quality. The cream removes shine and the skin does not become oily by the end of the day. Amazing! It has improved my skin, evened out the tone, and reduced inflammation. La Roche has once again accomplished the task successfully!
I am very satisfied with this product, it suits me well. I had inflammations on my face, and this product has been my salvation.
I bought this product on the advice of a doctor to eliminate oily shine and minimize pores. However, what I got were huge, painful, and persistent pimples that have been present for a week now. I haven't had pimples like this since I was a teenager (I'm currently 37 years old).
I have oily skin with occasional small breakouts, but not cystic acne. My skincare routine consists of using Effaclar gel, Effaclar lotion, and K+.
While one could argue that this may be due to individual intolerance, having painful, under-the-skin bumps caused by this product is excessive. The product should have smoothed out my skin's surface, but now I have to treat what it actually triggered.
This product is excellent. I use it in the morning and evening after washing my face with La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel. The cream is a good base for makeup, it mattifies the skin without drying it out or making it feel tight. The only downside is its size: it lasted for only a month and a half. I will be ordering a new one.
My favorite night cream, although it's not marketed as such. I have already used 2 tubes and have no intention of stopping. With it, my skin has become less oily, especially in the problem T-zone, old spots from acne have disappeared, and skin breakouts have diminished. Overall, my skin is more even and well-cared for. The only downside is that it runs out quickly, as I apply it to my entire face.
I purchased this cream as part of a set with a 50ml micellar water. The cream is decent, it has a very pleasant scent, really, very pleasant. The texture is light, absorbs quickly, doesn't leave any residue or clump up, and provides a good level of hydration. However, there are a few drawbacks: it doesn't mattify the skin and when used with the gel-foam cleanser, it can slightly dry out the skin. Overall, I am satisfied with it!
I didn't understand how the product worked for a long time. It couldn't heal my skin. The rashes were getting bigger. I changed the treatment plan and started using the efeklyar K+ locally on the pimples, and then the product started working differently. They don't disappear quickly, but they don't get bigger and don't cause discomfort. White spots appear around the area where I applied the cream, and when I specifically apply it to the post-acne spots, it doesn't work at all. In a word, you won't understand how the product will work until you try it.
