I don't know what's supposed to be soft about this shampoo. Head & Shoulders for 70 UAH is more effective and leaves hair truly soft. We bought it based on a recommendation, but I won't recommend this miracle shampoo.

The scent is simply incredibly pleasant, spreading a delightful fragrance throughout the entire bathroom and lingering on the hair for some time. I bought it for my boyfriend. I don't know if he particularly liked it or if it had any super noticeable effects, but the aroma of expensive perfume was worth trying :)
