Dry Shampoo - Batiste Dry Shampoo Pretty and Opulent Oriental
This is my fourth bottle of dry shampoo from this brand. I order different scents (I don't see any differences between them except for the original one, which is the best). They have never let me down, they have been a lifesaver, and they lasted for 1-1.5 months of intensive use (1-2 times a week). But this time is an exception. I used it three times and there was a horrible white residue (although I am used to moderate white marks). On the fourth use, it sprays without any color, as if it's just some hair spray or something similar. I don't know what the problem is, whether it's improper storage at the warehouse, or a specific batch, or this particular bottle. It's sad, it's the first negative impression I have had of these shampoos (from the ones I have tried here).
I have been using Batiste dry shampoos for a long time. I have tried many different ones, but after reading reviews about this one, I decided to order it. Most people wrote that it smells really bad, but when I tried it, I realized that the scent is very pleasant to me - floral with a hint of vanilla. It does its job perfectly, just like all the other products from this brand. In short, I really liked this product and I highly recommend it.
I didn't order it here, but I'll leave a review. It does a great job with its task, removing greasiness if you don't have time to wash your hair before going out. Yes, it leaves a residue, but that's because it's a dry shampoo. I rub it in with my fingers and it works perfectly. HOWEVER, the smell of this product is absolutely awful and quite strong. It smells like cheap "grandma's" cologne, just keep that in mind.)) I smelled the tropical one in the store for comparison, and it smells fine, so I'll order that one because this one is unbearable for me 😂
I have been ordering this product not for the first time. I really like the scent. I do not recommend using it for everyday purposes, but it's perfect for emergencies!
The scent is a little strong, but dry shampoos from this brand are always top-notch!
This particular dry shampoo is terrible. It has absolutely no effect at all. It's like simply applying white deodorant on your head.

The dry shampoo performs its functions flawlessly, earning a 5-star rating. The scent is quite strong and can be felt well on the hair. I would describe it as a powerful combination of floral and powdery fragrance. However, my relative mentioned that it smells like tobacco on her hair, so it may not be suitable for those who are not fond of such a scent.
This is an ordinary dry shampoo. I haven't seen anything better that other, cheaper ones offer. The scent lingers on the hair for quite a while and is pleasant.

This is not the first time I have purchased this dry shampoo. I really like it, it's one of the best shampoos out there.
Excellent dry shampoos from Batiste, I just don't understand why many girls don't know how to use them. You need to spray a small amount (about the same as hair spray) on the necessary areas (for me, mainly the top part of the hair), wait for 5-10 minutes, and quickly wipe off the remaining shampoo with a dry towel. Then there is no residue left, and there is no need to "comb out" anything.
I have previously used Sioes, but this one is much better. I use it in the morning when I don't have time to wash my hair or when I'm feeling sick. On the second day after use, my hair doesn't look dirty. I can comfortably go to work two days after using it and I don't need to refresh it.
I really like this series of dry shampoos. I have ordered them three times. The scent is pleasant and it spreads easily, making my hair look neat and slightly lighter, which is perfect for me.

It is clear that it cannot be compared to Lee Stafford; it belongs to a different price category. However, it is significantly better than Soss and better than Wella and L'Oreal.
Leaves a "powder effect" on the hair. It is not completely easy to comb through. It is noticeable on blue hair. However, it absorbs oil well. The effect lasts for a long time. Works perfectly, 10/10. It looks decent on the hair, 4/10.
I have previously tried dry shampoos from Stafford and Schwarzkopf Osis. After reading numerous reviews and positive feedback about Batiste dry shampoos, I decided to give it a try. I was also intrigued by the fact that this brand offers different scents. As for the smell, it is typical for a dry shampoo, without any of the claimed floral or other notes. Moreover, in my opinion, this shampoo has a more acrid and unpleasant scent.
As for its main functions, it only slightly reduces oiliness in the hair, but it does not fully fulfill its purpose (unlike the two other ones I have tried before). I will not be purchasing it again.
