They sent the wrong shampoo.

I have been using this shampoo for over a year, and I am very satisfied with it, particularly because it thoroughly cleanses my hair to the squeaky clean feeling. That's all I need from a shampoo.

I have long hair of medium thickness, and recently it started falling out. I bought this shampoo and spray from this series because they contain keratin, with the purpose of nourishing my hair. Unfortunately, neither of these products worked for me. They actually caused dandruff and itching on my scalp, so I had to treat my skin and get rid of the dandruff with medication.

The shampoo and conditioner are amazing; they have a pleasant scent. I didn't buy them here, but I want to share my impression. My hair is porous, long, and dyed, and very few products suit me. I even tried professional series, but none of them were right. Once, while on a business trip, I needed something in a small size. I saw this shampoo and conditioner, bought them, and instantly fell in love with them. They were a perfect fit for me, simply something my hair had never experienced before. After using the shampoo, I didn't even need to use the conditioner, but I still do, and my hair looks fabulous - soft and shiny. Overall, I always use them now. Recently, I also tried a hair dye from the same brand, and I was pleasantly surprised. It costs around 100 UAH, but in terms of quality, it surpasses L'Oreal and Brilliant. I highly recommend it.

The best shampoo I have ever used! It doesn't foam too much, but thoroughly cleanses the hair. The effect is noticeable after the first use.

I bought the whole series and my favorite is the hair oil. It makes my hair look great, but it tends to get oily quickly. The shampoo doesn't lather well.

The shampoo is good, it makes the hair look silky and heavy. I liked the effect on my long hair. However, the product photo doesn't match the bottle's appearance, there is no dispenser (take note of this).
