The Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect 9% Natural Oxidant is a unique formula designed for hair lightening. The creamy consistency of Welloxon Perfect is optimal for mixing not just with Koleston Perfect cream color but also with Magma color highlights. The Magma coloring mix acquires a cosmetic viscosity, perfect for a wide range of highlighting techniques.

Good developer. I mixed it with Igora Royal because their developer is always out of stock in small sizes.
I have been using this oxide for about 15 years. I use 6% for root lightening and 1.9% for toning. I always buy a large container because it lasts longer, but they didn't have 6%, so I got 9%. I recently tried out the Wella Blondor powder bleach with the Wella 9% developer, mixing them in a 1:1.5 ratio. I also used the Wella Color Fresh Lilac Frost toner. The process included 50 minutes of lightening and 10 minutes of toning balm.
I must say, the results were impressive. The Wella Blondor did a great job of lightening my hair, providing a beautiful, even blonde color. The toner, Wella Color Fresh Lilac Frost, added a lovely touch of lilac to my hair, giving it a unique and stunning look.
The application process was straightforward and easy to follow. The bleach and developer mixed well, creating a smooth consistency that was easy to apply to my hair. The toner also applied smoothly, evenly distributing the lilac hue throughout my hair.
