I have been ordering the color 9/16 with a 4% oxidant for my light, blond hair for a very long time. I believe that 1.9% does a slightly worse job in coloring (toning) some gray hair. After dyeing my hair, I use hair masks and oil, so I cannot confirm that my hair is dried out.

I am satisfied with the product as always. The delivery was fast and convenient, thank you. However, I did not receive the gift that was mentioned in the package, maybe they forgot to include it. But I am still grateful for your work.
