I'm leaving a review not about the paint itself, but about the ordering experience. I visited the website and selected the paint shade 66/04. The next day, it was delivered on schedule. I paid for it, and half an hour later, I opened the package only to find out the paint was expired by six months. I emailed a complaint, and they promptly responded, saying they would replace it with the same product that has a valid expiration date. The following day, I received the paint as agreed, but the manager made a mistake with the shade and sent 66/44. I emailed another complaint, and they apologized, promising to fix the issue the next day. They did fix it, but once again, they delivered the original 66/04 shade that was still expired by six months. On the fourth attempt, the manager apologized and offered a refund, as they no longer had the 66/04 shade in stock with a valid expiration date—it was sold out. I agreed to the refund and submitted a request for it. An hour later, I checked the website again and saw my paint was available. So, it was sold out for me, but available for order on the site! I placed a new order for the 66/04 shade, and miraculously, the next day, I received a refund for the previous order and a package with the paint in the correct shade and with a valid expiration date. The whole process took about seven days. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment with the hairdresser and couldn't get my hair done as planned. In the end, the staff advised me not to order from them again and suggested I try another store. It's disappointing because I've been using this store for over 10 years. In any case, I recommend checking your item thoroughly before paying for it to ensure everything is in order.

This paint is of high quality and effectively covers gray hair, but the price is too high.

I purchased the shade 77/03. It has a pleasant tone and effectively covers gray hair as well. My hair looks well-maintained after using it. I absolutely love this hair dye.

Excellent paint, the best I've tried. After using it, my previously bleached hair became soft, smooth, and less porous. It doesn't have a strong smell and spreads easily. I only needed half of the tube for hair below shoulder length. The color is not too intense, but it's suitable for light toning and maintaining the color.

The quality of the hair itself after dyeing is normal. But I prefer the hair quality after JOICO a hundred times more.

The shade 77/07 effectively covered my slight graying hair, although it is slightly lighter than my natural color. I am satisfied with the results. Previously, I used Matrix, and even when I chose the same shade for the length and roots, there was always a slight difference. With this color touch, there is no such issue.

The shade 55-06 is not exactly violet, but more of a deep navy blue. However, it looks really great on dark hair. It has a beautiful shimmer, especially in the sunlight. The application process is odorless and it doesn't overly dry out the hair. Instead, it leaves the hair soft and shiny, with a pleasant scent after styling. I am extremely satisfied with this hair dye.

The paint is excellent. It covers evenly, even gray hair. However, you need to find your own shade. I used to use Matrix, shade 7 (mocha - medium blonde brown-mahogany), it was dark enough, it was a great option for my dark reddish hair, but it didn't cover the newly appeared gray hairs. Taking Wella with the same characteristic, I got a very light result. The shade 6 line was more suitable for my natural color. Overall, I liked the paint. I recommend it.
