The paint is excellent. I used 12/1 + 12% developer for the roots and 10/1 + 1.9% developer for the rest of the hair.
Great paint. The smell is pleasant and the consistency is good. The color turned out nice and vibrant. HOWEVER, be careful because the paint darkens at least one shade. Light brown is not light at all, but a deep dark chestnut (it worked well on grown-out roots of a russet color). Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

I chose shade 3:0 to match my natural roots. I applied the dye myself and I am very satisfied. The gray hair on my temples is now nicely covered, the color is even and has a beautiful shine. I highly recommend it.

The paint is the best out of all that I have ever used. The color 0.4 looks great. I have light hair, and it doesn't fade or cause itching. After dyeing, my hair is not dry, and it shines beautifully.
The paint is wonderful, it colors the gray hair well at level 5.0. Hair becomes soft and moisturized after using it.
I use the 5+ developer with a 4% concentration. It effectively dyes my gray hair, and after dyeing, I apply a color stabilizer. My hair looks amazing afterwards.
I have long, russet hair down to my waist with noticeable gray strands. I used one and a half tubes of dye (one tube of shade 6.0 + half a tube of shade 5.0) with a 4% developer. The gray hair was partially covered, and the most stubborn strands just became slightly darker, but were not fully covered. The result was a beautiful dark, chocolate shade (not captured in the photo). I wash my hair every day, so the effect didn't last long. With each passing day, the dark shade washed out, and the gray became visible to me in the mirror after about 18 days (more evident on camera). Overall, it's a shame that the gray hair wasn't completely covered and the dye quickly faded from it. But for now, I don't want to use ammonia-based dye as I'm afraid it will result in a reddish color when the dye washes out.
Overall, the paint suited me and I really like it. Of course, there are no perfect paints. Let me tell you about the pros and cons of Wella Colour Touch.
Advantages: it doesn't damage the hair (mine is thin, soft, and fragile), no allergies, silky and healthy hair after coloring, no hair loss! Even after using Indian henna-based dye, my hair would fall out more, but with Colour Touch, they really don't fall out. It covers gray hair quite well, I have about 15% gray hair.
Disadvantages: the color is not long-lasting, it lightens after the first wash, noticeable fading after about a month, so you have to frequently touch up the roots. Home masks with kefir or oil noticeably wash out the color! The color palette is darker than it seems. I have natural chocolate-brown hair color, and I can't seem to find the right shade and color. Shade 6 is a bit too dark, resembling coffee, although the color is rich and beautiful and suits me well. However, I still want to achieve my natural tone and color. But the color range is wide, so I think I'll find my color over time.

Everything is great. I mixed it properly with a 1.9 developer. I only did 1/3 for myself since I wanted a light tint. Next time, I will try 1/2. I think it will come out darker, but it doesn't damage the hair. Overall, everything is good.

This paint is very good, I have been using it for over 10 years. I have used different shades from 7 to 9 on my brown hair. My favorite is 9/16. It slightly lightens my natural hair with regular use. It doesn't damage it at all, even after toning, my hair always looks better. My hair is thin and weak, but it hasn't gotten worse in 10 years. The last time I tried something different and got 10/0. I am very disappointed! Everything was as usual, the same brand developer (I always get a liter), the recommended processing time. My hair turned out yellow, like straw! Although 10/03 had the expected shade. So, if you buy 10/0, be prepared for a couple of shades lighter and a yellowish tone.
I use shade 9/01 on my natural light-brown hair color, and I really like the result. My hair acquires a beautiful shine and becomes more weighty and manageable. I have thin and fairly thick hair, reaching the middle of my back, and one tube is enough for me. I dye my hair every 1.5 months. I highly recommend it!

I purchased the 9.01 shade for my hair, which was damaged, brittle, and dry, with an unattractive yellow tint. This hair dye, although ammonia-free, effectively covered the yellow color and gave my hair a natural light ash blonde shade, without any red or yellow tones. It also nicely blended the dark ash brown roots with 5% gray. I am satisfied with my purchase. The only downside is that it slightly dries out my hair, but this depends on the quality of the hair itself and the previous treatments I have done. We'll see how long it lasts. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I am satisfied with the hair dye. I have gray hair, and it covers them quite well. My hair length is below shoulder level. One tube is enough for two uses. The store gets an additional plus for the delivery. The promptness is at the highest level.
