In classic European non-trim manicures, the cuticle around the nail plate is not cut but gently pushed back. Many manicure professionals consider this method to be less traumatic and more gentle. However, performing a classic European manicure requires special tools - cuticle sticks. These are typically made from wood or plastic. We recommend trying the Mavala Hoofstick plastic sticks, known for their high hygiene standards and practicality during use.
Thanks to the easy disinfection of Mavala Hoofstick, they can be used for several years. One end of the stick is shaped like a "hoof," allowing you to gently push back the cuticle without damaging the nail plate. The other pointed end can be used to remove excess polish or clean under the nail.
Material: High-quality plastic
-
After pushing back the cuticle with a manicure stick wrapped in cotton, moisten the rubber end of the stick. Shape the cuticle as desired and clean off any residue that remains on the nail.

The quality is good, but I still prefer wooden ones. For me, the silicone side is too soft. It would definitely suit someone with very delicate cuticles that can be easily pushed back with the silicone part.
Comfortable and gentle stick that doesn't damage the nail plate. It worked well for me.
I didn't really get the point of this stick; there's nothing special about it. Orange sticks are much nicer.
It won't replace orange sticks, but it's a decent option for regular gentle cuticle care.
This is a handy item, but the price has become "a bit steep" for just a piece of polymer!
I usually use orange wood sticks for my nail care, but I wanted something more durable. I ordered this stick hoping it would replace my previous option. The silicone tip is gentle on the nail surface but doesn't clean as well as the orange wood sticks. The plastic tip scratches the nail, so it's only useful for cleaning under the nails. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase because if I run out of wooden sticks at home and need to do a manicure, I have this as a backup. However, it is slightly less effective than what I'm used to. Thanks to the store for their excellent service and timely delivery, as always! Regarding the packaging, it's slightly open at the top and not tightly sealed, but that's a production feature—I checked a similar stick in the store out of curiosity. At first, I thought it was an issue with my favorite makeup brand. Apologies for the doubt! Just keep this in mind when ordering this product.
I really liked this tool; I prefer it over the wooden one. The silicone tip gently pushes back the cuticles.
This is a great wand, much better than wooden ones.
Great and very convenient stick! Thanks to the store!
This product is incredibly convenient. The description didn't mention that the tip—a small red attachment—is made of silicone, which is much better than wood, metal, or plastic. I found this detail on another website. The positives are that it's comfortable, safe, and practical. The downside is the lack of a detailed description. Everything else is great.
A very convenient and gentle stick!
Comfortable and gentle on the skin.
This is a very handy tool for a non-cut manicure. I bought it and have no regrets; it's definitely worth it.
I agree with the previous comments – this stick is very convenient for a non-trim manicure and doesn't damage the nail plate. I recommend it.
The stick is very convenient, much more so than the orange wood ones. I use it for a non-trimming manicure after applying remover. The moderately soft rubber tip prevents nail damage, making it much more effective for pushing and cleaning.
