In the perfume French Leather, leather is not just typical. It is more a hint of suede softness and velvety texture. The luxurious essence of "French Leather" starts with a fresh accord of lime, crisp rose, and the finest suede.
Then, you can sense how the composition unfolds with an accord of cedar, juniper, and vetiver, enriched with a spicy mix of musk sage and pink pepper. A resinous-musky base refines the perfume, making it suitable for both women and men. I have never heard a better fragrance in my life than this one! The leather notes are not overwhelming, and the white musk and vetiver only add to it. It is a luxurious, long-lasting, and confident scent. In other words, I am in love.
In my opinion, out of all the Leather fragrances, this one is the most successful. It is more suitable for women who are fans of complex vintage scents. Those who prefer fruity fragrances might not enjoy it.
The fragrance is very luxurious, but I doubt I will use it on myself. It sounds beautiful but more suitable for men. It has the scent of a successful and wealthy man. I regret not buying a sample first, instead of the full bottle.
It is really leather, and I would even say suede, but it is not present here. It has a very delicate and warm scent. If I had to describe it with fruits and flowers, I would say that you just need to try it. It has a slight shimmer, but unfortunately, it is not long-lasting on the skin. It is very suitable for weather like we have now. It is an expensive scent, both literally and figuratively.
I tried it in the sample size and instantly fell in love with it. It's absolutely my thing! Perfect for any occasion. Now I can't wait to get the full-sized version!
