The renowned perfume house Hermes released the Un Jardin series of fragrances, dedicated to the magnificent gardens of the world. Initially, the collection included three scents, but in 2011, inspired by the beauty of nature amidst the urban sprawl, Jean-Claude Ellena created the fragrance Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Toit (A Garden on the Roof). Notably, the prototype serves as a specific garden — an oasis of greenery and nature on the roof of Hermes' central office. The creator of the perfume invites us to pause in the frenetic pace of the big city, to listen to our natural origins, and to feel what it means to love life. The fragrance turned out to be very delicate, bringing a drop of tranquility to the noisy life of the modern individual.
The delightful fruity chypre bouquet of the Eau de Toilette Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Toit has a rather modest composition, which does not detract from the magnificence of the fragrance. The base note is entirely dedicated to the freshness of green grass. In the "heart," the sweet scents of ripe apple and pear tantalizingly tickle the nose, near which the queen of the flower garden — the rose — emits an unparalleled aroma. The composition is completed by the whimsical and capricious nuances of rosemary and magnolia.

"Just a good scent for the summer."
I didn't like it at all... so far, Nile is my favorite from the collection. Before buying it, it's important to try it out because people have different tastes and it might unfold differently on each person.
I am writing again because everything is not as expected. The scent is just some Bulgarian rose. It is not at all like the original where you can feel the scent of the forest/green grass.
I liked it. It is light yet durable. It has a pleasant summer scent.
Mr. Darcy is riding a horse across a green meadow to have tea at the neighbors' estate. The scent of grass, leather harness, and finally, a distinct black tea with a subtle hint of bergamot. A beautiful and aristocratic fragrance, not meant for those who prefer sweet scents.
At first, it's like grass - a lot of grass, even with a grassy bitterness, very pleasant. After an hour, it becomes a little rose, a pink bush with small roses, a wild bush, you know? It's physically felt together with the leaves, stems, and many, many small roses. In the base, I hear the exact same scent as Kelly Caleche perfume, maybe slightly softer, but I wouldn't be able to tell the difference in a parallel test. I don't smell any apples or pears at all.
I really like the fragrance and the entire Les Jardins line. Maybe my favorite is still Nil, but they are all so great, it's hard to say which one is better. Jean-Claude Elena is absolutely my perfumer, I can blindly choose any fragrance and I won't go wrong. If you don't have that kind of confidence, it's better to buy after testing, otherwise, there may be surprises.

I received this water and there was a weak spray and the scent was just unforgettable on my hand. How I regret that after reading so many comments, no one mentioned that it has watery notes like Imperatrice (which I can't stand). Here, on the contrary, this scent is purely masculine, no apples or flowers, let alone herbs. There is absolutely no freshness. It feels like you gathered weeds from the garden and threw them all into a barrel of water. Actually, after rinsing it off, I heard notes of Caleche p.v by Hermes. How do women and girls wear it when even a child wrinkled their nose upon smelling it? I love all the perfumes from Hermes, I wore Gardens of Nile, which is much more elegant with citrus notes and without these river and seaweed notes. I was looking for a fresh perfume for the summer. There is a cologne in a red bottle from Hermes that is fresh and pleasant with a hint of sourness. I finished my Sisley No. 1. I wore Fresh by Chanel. But this scent is a complete disappointment... just wasted money. People! Don't read comments, don't repeat other people's mistakes. Listen to the scent and then make a purchase.
I was looking for a herbal fragrance that is fresh and not overpowering, and I made my choice in favor of this perfume. I don't regret it at all because the scent is truly fresh, herbal, and not intrusive. It lasts a long time on clothes. The perfumes arrived undamaged and securely packaged.
I don't understand what this depends on, why there are reviews about its lack of longevity. This is my mom's favorite perfume, a very unique and "sharp" scent. Sometimes I borrow it from her, and from morning until evening I can feel the fragrance on myself. It is very unusual, I don't know how to describe scents)) But..., compared to all my other perfumes (which are also original), this one is simply super long-lasting. I have Hermes Le Nil, but it is simpler, fresher, and less long-lasting. I dream of buying this perfume for myself.

I bought it at the beginning of the year, a 100ml bottle. The scent is magnificent. It is not overpowering, light, I would apply it on myself and I did... which I do throughout the day because the scent is not long-lasting. It lasts for about an hour, and then it disappears somewhere. The scent is not cheap, but in terms of longevity, it was disappointing.
These perfumes are my absolute favorites! It's impossible not to be inspired by them! The scent is perfect for every season! It's probably the best! I received it as a birthday gift, and it was bought here as per my request. The packaging and the perfume itself are super, very similar to the original. Unfortunately, when I checked the code, it redirected me to some kind of powder... It was a very unpleasant situation. The only thing that saves it is my love for this product and belief in a system glitch.

Some people say it doesn't last long, but my sister tried it and it works magically on me during hot weather, autumn, and spring. It has a lingering scent of rosemary, grass, and something else. The delivery is as stated from Europe, but the sticker on the bottom of the bottle is not engraved, which is traditional for original products. I can assume that this is a relatively good replica but not an original. The smell is similar, but the longevity is not great. Well, lesson learned, I won't fall for it again.

This is a very good summer perfume that is fresh and long-lasting. However, the freshness is not citrusy, but rather a light hint of rosemary. I cannot stand the masculine lemon note in Gardens of Nile, but this one is the most delicate and feminine out of all the Gardens. It is not age-specific and can be worn during the day.

I ordered 2 different scents of Sadov Nila perfume in 100ml. Both scents are not long-lasting. There was no additional gift included, even though my order was over 3000 UAH. I called the manager and asked for an exchange, suggesting a tester for water instead. They refused. I am a loyal customer and I am extremely disappointed.

The scent is very fresh, and it needs a minute or two to settle on the skin. The fragrance is long-lasting and fresh, perfect for the summer. It's like a mix of grass under a scorching sun blended with watermelon. However, I can't say it's "Wow" or "Fantastic."
Ladies, the fragrance is exquisite. It is so long-lasting that I can still smell it the next day after showering. I won't even mention its longevity on clothes here. Many people say it's a summer scent. BUT! It smells like summer, reminding you of it, but it's definitely not SUITABLE for summer. You'll suffocate in it, and it will overwhelm those around you. Only for early spring or even winter. Trust me, an experienced perfume enthusiast :)
The scent is a bit sharp, not at all like the garden and herbs described. The bottle is extremely difficult to open, it practically squeaks - it must be a fake or a defective product. They didn't include a gift, which is usually the case with orders. The delivery was on time, but for some reason, the order was incomplete (according to what I was told at the post office). They also entered the wrong phone number for the recipient, so I didn't receive any text message from them about the arrival :( Overall, it's not a good experience for a loyal customer...

It has been 6 hours already, and I can still clearly smell it on myself as a trail. It has truly delighted me, and I will continue using it. A beautiful fragrance, fresh, unusual, and spring-like. Overall, I fell in love with the entire Hermes garden series. The only downside is that it's not long-lasting, but that's expected since it's Eau de Toilette and not perfume. I still give it a 4 rating for that. But I will definitely be buying something from this line again!

I bought this fragrance for the second time in August last year. I never got around to writing a comment... One of my favorites! Perfect for the spring-summer season! It has a luxurious/non-intrusive/intriguing scent :) It lasts just as long as perfumed waters. MAKEUP, as always, did a great job - the order was completed promptly and without any issues.
This perfume is truly unique! Its scent is unlike any other and it lasts a long time. One note stands out very prominently, I can't quite explain which one, but the trail it leaves is incredibly pleasant. I've seen people mention the Nile Garden, but I personally did not like that scent at all. The Roof Garden scent is the best one for me :)

I really liked the sample, so I decided to order a 30ml bottle. However, the scent is slightly different from the sample. Maybe I should save it for summer.
I decided to save it for a warmer time of the year because the scent seems to "fade away" right now (it immediately reminds me of the smell of porcelain dolls from my childhood, for some reason). The fragrance itself is fresh, subtle, with a hint of cucumber. The most important thing for me is that it is not sweet or overpowering. So, I'm looking forward to warmer days.

I sniffed, aimed, and observed for a long time. I really liked it. I received it as a birthday gift. However, I am having trouble getting along with it. It seems (as I hear) very sharp and outrageously long-lasting on me, in two words - that same compost drenched in green paint. It was purchased at the Milan Sephora, so I can't complain about it being a counterfeit. But recently, I entered the room after taking a bath and couldn't understand what delicate magical scent was lingering in the air. I sniffed everything and discovered traces of this "garden" on one of my blouses. It's simply amazing. So, we will continue to "get closer" to each other.
