Great mask! I have dry, damaged hair from multiple colorings and styling, and they tend to frizz at the ends. I apply this mask by distributing it through my hair, massaging it in, wrapping my head with plastic wrap, heating it with a hairdryer, and wrapping it with a towel. I leave it on for about 25 minutes. After rinsing, my hair feels moisturized, easily detangles, and looks healthier and well-groomed. I definitely recommend it for those with dry, colored hair.
