The "Black Egg" from the Beautyblender range is crafted from a denser material than its counterparts. The manufacturer markets this sponge as a professional tool, making it an indispensable accessory in the collection of makeup artists.
Teardrop-shaped sponges from the American company Beautyblender are considered the elite among cosmetic accessories. According to professional makeup artists, this is the only tool that can be used just as effectively as makeup brushes. Achieving the perfect makeup base depends not only on the quality of foundation, concealer, or blush but also on how correctly you apply them.
Beautyblender sponges have numerous positive qualities. The teardrop shape allows the wide side to apply cosmetics across the entire face, while the pointed tip is perfect for detailed work on smaller areas. The springy structure enables you to apply foundation evenly and without layering, using gentle, tapping motions. If needed, this sponge can easily blend out any harsh lines. The material is hypoallergenic, free of latex and fragrances. Applying foundation becomes more convenient, the results more effective, and the use of cosmetics more economical!
-
Apply a small amount of foundation to the sponge. Then, gently dab the product onto your skin following the massage lines. If there are any harsh color transitions, blend them out with the sponge.

After using the sponge for two months, it cracked and started to crumble, leaving marks on my face. On the positive side, it doesn't absorb much product and blends well. However, the material quality is quite questionable. I've used similar products that were much cheaper and lasted longer than this one. I'm disappointed.
The product started to show issues in the fourth month of use. It began to crack and crumble, making it unusable. Its shape also became distorted, as if it warped in different directions. I have serious doubts that this is an original product.
Great sponge. It perfectly evens out skin tone and is easy to clean.
This sponge is great! I use it damp, and it gives a nice result.
The application is decent, but the material is not entirely matte and has a slight shine. The biggest downside is that it's difficult to clean, and after the first use, it doesn't return to its original pure black color, instead appearing a dirty gray.
This sponge is fantastic! Unlike cheaper ones, it's much softer and cleans much better. I'm happy with my purchase and have already ordered another one as a backup.
This product is incredibly soft and pleasant to use. However, it absorbs a lot of the product. The result is gentle and not overwhelming, but it does tend to soak up too much.
This is a great sponge. It applies matte and liquid foundations perfectly.
Very soft. Can't compare it to similar products.
I previously purchased the nude and pink versions. I like this one better because it provides fuller coverage, which is great for problem skin. All the sponges are good, and you can definitely feel the difference between them. The pink offers medium coverage, the nude provides light coverage, and the black gives full coverage. The sponges are durable; my last one lasted six months and was still in working condition. I use them daily, and the price is justified.
This is a good sponge. It's soft and easy to use. It comes in a plastic case, which is very convenient.
The Nude version is worth the higher price—it's less crumbly, softer, and absorbs less foundation. This one is slightly denser. However, it performs its functions well, so no complaints there. I deducted a star because there's a better blender available. Next time, I'll buy the Nude again.
I just want to grab it and blend my entire face with it; it's so soft! Amazingly, it doesn't soak up the foundation, and it's really easy to clean. :)
When I was purchasing, the original pink version was more expensive, so I opted for the black one. The black provides a denser coverage compared to the pink. The white offers the least coverage. So, the color can sometimes make a difference. However, all versions of this product apply easily and flawlessly. It's an absolute must-have.
When comparing the original Beautyblender Pro to the RealTechniques Miracle Complexion Sponge, the latter feels less dense, less durable, and much softer, which is a significant downside for me, though others may feel differently. You can certainly manage without these sponges, but they are fun little tools, more of a luxury than a necessity. Beautyblender has many well-known advantages, so I won't repeat them all, but I'll highlight two: it's great for removing excess makeup and giving a natural, dewy finish. However, one major drawback is its exorbitant price, which is quite unreasonable in our country. Thanks to Makeup for the opportunity to try it.
I resisted buying this for a long time, but I finally gave in and have no regrets. With this sponge, I can finally use up all my neglected foundations because it applies even those that aren't quite right for me perfectly!
This sponge is amazing! It's much softer, yet denser and more pleasant to use than the pink one. Some might disagree, but I find that the only thing that cleans it perfectly is regular soap. To ease my conscience, I use an organic one.
This is a wonderful product that makes even the simplest foundation look great on you.
I don't really understand what it is, but I bought it for my girlfriend because she mentioned she needed something like this. She's very happy with it and tells everyone about it! :D
The price was completely justified. The cream applies easily and evenly. I'm satisfied and recommend it to anyone who loves their skin!
