The cleanser feels like milk, very gentle and doesn't dry out the skin. It's perfect for winter. However, if someone uses it to remove makeup, it might not be enough. For me, it's the second step in my cleansing routine and it's great. I don't have any breakouts and my skin feels clean and soft. The only downside is the packaging, as I have to twist it closed with wet hands every time. It's not convenient.
