The stabilized cream peroxide was developed by the cosmetologists at Revlon Professional for professional hair care. It features an optimal percentage of hydrogen peroxide. When mixed with the dye, it creates a thick mixture that spreads easily through the hair without dripping.
The cream peroxide contains ingredients that protect the scalp and prevent irritation during the coloring process. The cationic emulsion moisturizes and conditions dry hair. Revlon Professional Creme Peroxide is available in concentrations of 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. It is suitable for use with Revlonissimo NMT, Revlonissimo NMT High Coverage, Revlonissimo Super Blondes, Revlonissimo NMT Cromatics, Blonde Up Gentle Powder, Blonde Up Gentle Paste dyes.

This is an excellent developer. I haven't come across anything better! I consulted with a hairdresser who advised me that the developer and dye should be from the same country, either Germany with Germany or America with America, as they don't work well together otherwise.
