I placed an order, and after a few days, they called and said that it turns out one of the items is not available. I agreed to wait until it is back in stock. When the item became available again, they called again and asked if I still wanted it. I confirmed, and they said it would be delivered in a day or two. I waited for four days, then I called myself to ask when it would arrive, and it turned out that my order hadn't even been sent to me. Furthermore, they informed me that there wouldn't be a courier available in my city anytime soon, so I could only use Nova Poshta (a delivery service). Overall, after two weeks of waiting, thank you for at least providing a decent product.
