The color is amazing, HOWEVER, the hair becomes dry and falls out in handfuls after dyeing.

I bought this hair dye for the first time on Makeup.com.ua. I really liked the color "Cinnamon" in shade 40, which is a pleasant dark brown shade, exactly what I was looking for. I have been using this paint for 2 years, and it is absolutely fantastic.
This is the first time I've used this paint, I chose it based on the reviews. And it's just a disaster. I got the shade 34, intense red. If you like surprises, this is for you. I don't. I started suspecting something when I was rinsing off the dye, and my fears were confirmed when I dried my hair with a towel. My hair is dyed, burgundy-chestnut, so I expected a cherry-like finish with bright red dye. And ta-daaam! Now I'm a redhead. A REDHEAD!!! I definitely didn't expect this, and being a redhead is the last thing I want. And it's not just the color, the roots are copper. Red pigments are hard to remove, so the level of my sadness, anger, and despair cannot even be described.
Someone mentioned that the paint is thick - it's not thick at all, it's normal.
Someone else wrote that for the first time, the water became clean quickly when rinsing and the towel didn't get dirty - I confirm that.
Big respect to the makeup team for finally getting rid of that film that all the packages were wrapped in and switching to parchment! Delivery was fast as always.

Now, about the hair dye: I bought two different brands for ombre coloring.
On top - Joanna Hair Color Multi Cream Color (shade 37) (please change the picture to match this shade, as the one on the website is brown in color but in reality, it is dark pink, closer to eggplant. There were many questions, but the specialists helped me).
On the bottom - La Riche Directions Hair Color (Violet).
Joanna has the typical strong smell of hair dye. My eyes are very sensitive, so they watered a bit, but I didn't cry during the coloring process.
There is very little dye! If it wasn't for the ombre idea, I would have only colored half of my head. The dye doesn't spread well through the hair, so more is used than necessary for coloring. It's enough for shoulder-length hair (1 pack).
It applied perfectly and doesn't stain the skin. I will also upload a photo.

I am satisfied with everything. 4/5 because there wasn't enough dye and it only covered half of my head (but that is a question for the manufacturer).
I do not recommend it! This is the first time in many years of coloring that I have experienced this... I chose shade 42 - it didn't cover my gray hair at all, only a barely noticeable gray shade appeared. I immediately found it strange that the dye washed off my skin without any effort, but I never imagined that it would also wash off my hair. After reading the previous reviews, I finally understood why my hair started falling out, even though I have been using an Ayurvedic shampoo for several months, which practically stopped my hair from shedding, and now this... shocking! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! Stay away from it, especially if you care about your hair.
After reading the reviews, I decided to try this hair dye. I chose the 30-caramel blonde shade. Firstly, in my opinion, the dye is very thick, making it extremely difficult to apply. Secondly, it didn't even cover my gray hair, and on top of that, my hair started falling out in a stylish manner. Moreover, the color is not exactly as it appeared in the palette when I ordered it. The only positive aspects are that the scent is pleasant and my hair feels soft, but only until the first wash. Now it's difficult to comb, even after using conditioner. I won't be purchasing it again. I have no complaints about the delivery service provided by Maykapu; it was top-notch.
I tried the 32- platinum blonde shade from Joanna (I got it for my sister, she's a blonde). The color turned out darker than expected and I almost cried at first, my lip was trembling! After dyeing, I was shocked but then I got used to the color and ended up liking it.
I also got the 39.5- chestnut brown shade for my mom. The dye didn't cover her gray hair at all, instead, it gave a reddish tone. Her gray hair shines under the light! No matter how much we tried to dye it!
I got the 41- chocolate shade for myself and I turned into a dark black cloud! I dream of washing it off as soon as possible!
Now, let's talk about the dye itself: the product in the tube is not evenly distributed, it's not easy to squeeze out, and it's very thick (if you dilute it, it clumps and becomes uneven). I regret buying this dye! But we'll make it work!
Now, onto the positive aspects: it maintains volume and leaves the hair shiny. However, the colors of the dye do not match what is advertised. After trying it once, I won't go back to it again.
I bought sizes 43 and 44 for my mom. Before coloring her hair, I bleached the roots (mixing 3% and 6% with a total of 4.5% oxidant) for 30 minutes. Her naturally black hair with gray turned a light yellow, but we did not touch the length, which remained a faded copper-red color. I followed the instructions on the dye. As a result, size 43 turned out to be a bright mandarin color instead of the fiery red my mom was expecting. She didn't like it, but at least the quality of her hair wasn't damaged; in fact, her hair was shiny. Before dyeing with size 44 in Intensive Copper, we repeated the same process because this dye does not specify that it can be used on natural hair (like the previous Syoss dye for dark shades 5.77). The color turned out to be completely different from what was indicated on the website or even on the box by the manufacturer. It ended up being a dull rusty mandarin shade. Overall, I would rate this dye a 2 out of 5, only because it didn't damage the hair.
I received the paint, but the box was open and there was no paint inside. There was only the developer and a mask.
I will give only two stars for the mask. After reading positive reviews, I decided to buy this hair dye and become fiery red (my original color was ruby, a month after dyeing). The dye was applied unevenly, and the color turned out dull. I left it on for 40 minutes, but it turned out light red in some places. I had to dye my hair for the second time this week. To my surprise, my hair feels and looks great, even though I used a 9% developer. The shade "Sandy Blonde" (31) turned out just one shade lighter on my golden-brown hair, but this is not a fault of the dye, rather my hair's natural color. Although it is advisable not to mix the dye with the developer in the bottle, as it becomes extremely difficult to use up all the dye until the end.
Good paint, I ordered shade number 36, chestnut-brown. I was worried it would turn out too freakishly violet, but no, it's fine. You can go out in public with it. It's a classy eggplant color.

Hello! I received the package with the hair dye, and it arrived quickly. I will write a comment about the dye a little later, after I have colored my hair. As for the packaging and contents, I give it 4 stars.
The paint is excellent! During application, it didn't sting the scalp, and the smell was barely noticeable. Overall, I like the result, although I think I should have left it on a little longer for a more even color. There are a couple of downsides though: 1. I don't recommend following the instructions, as the paint turned out too thick and wouldn't squeeze out onto my head. I had to scrape it off with a toothbrush, which took a lot of time; 2. Whether it's due to my bleached hair or the aggressive nature of the dye, my hair was significantly shedding while washing.
I bought it 3 weeks ago. The hair dye is good, not worse than L'Oreal, and it fades much slower, even though I don't use shampoos for colored hair because they don't suit me. It doesn't stain the towel after washing my hair. It also washes off the skin very well. The smell is quite pleasant, and the conditioner is excellent. During the coloring process, there was a slight tightening and tingling sensation, which is normal for this kind of product, but it disappeared after 10-15 minutes. There was no allergic reaction or redness. It turned my light-brown hair into a beautiful copper color, darker than shown in the picture, without any carrot or orange tones. It didn't dry out my hair, and there are no stray hairs sticking out.))) By the end of the third week, it faded a little, and the gray hairs appear lighter, while the copper shade on dark hair turned more golden. This should be considered by those who love reddish-fire highlights. Overall, I am satisfied.
