I haven't heard anyone mentioning citrus fruits in this perfume, and I personally can't detect any either. Instead, I can only sense the aroma of lilies of the valley, which reminds me of Armand Basi In Red. The fragrance is long-lasting and intense. The product is original. Thank you, Makeup!)
This fragrance is wonderful, with citrus notes. I can smell mandarin and white flowers, and it has the characteristic lightness and sense of purity that all fragrances from this brand possess. This is because it does not contain amber, ylang-ylang, or sandalwood. It is suitable for young people.
I bought this product based on the reviews. However, I cannot detect any scent at all. It lacks any kind of longevity. Despite being advertised as a perfume, which is supposed to be more long-lasting than regular eau de toilette, I can only smell a strong alcohol scent upon application, without any actual perfume notes.
For me, this is the best scent, a scent of freshness and cleanliness! It is slightly sweet, but for me, it truly has a citrusy aroma. I will definitely buy it again.
The fragrance is pleasant, citrusy, suitable for everyday wear, but somewhat dull and not vibrant. Neither I nor those around me can perceive it at all. I won't be getting it again!
The scent is indeed citrusy, but it is not fresh at all, on the contrary - very!!! cloying and sweet. I was misled by the comments about its similarity to the former Happy to Be, and I regretted it a lot - there is absolutely nothing in common! But this, of course, is not Makeup's fault.

Yesterday I placed an order and today it was delivered. The delivery was excellent. However, the perfumes I received have expired by 62 months according to the batch code, as they were manufactured in 2013. Now I understand why the description mentioned the old formula (currently there is a new formula which, judging by the reviews, is worse) and why it is produced in Switzerland. If the perfumes were stored properly and the quality is still good, then bravo. However, if not, it is Makeup's responsibility to address the issue. At first spray, everything seems great, but it is important to inform customers, especially if they are buying it as a gift. Personally, I know that if the perfume has been stored correctly, it should still be fine even after a few years. Of course, assuming it is the original product. For now, I will reserve my rating until I have further information, Makeup.
I have read reviews comparing it to J'adore Dior and Cerruti 1881, but I do not see any similarities at all. No matter how much I try to trust reviews and avoid making the same mistake again, it's just not my scent. It has good longevity, but unfortunately, it's not for me.

I decided to try this product as a replacement for Mary Kay Velocity. There is definitely some resemblance between the two, but I have noticed a peculiar smell of a damp basement. Perhaps this is due to the presence of lily in its description.
Horrible smell. Immediately started getting a headache. First time trying this scented water and I am disappointed. I don't know who writes positive reviews, but this scent is the smell of cheap perfume.

I agree with the previous review, the scent is not citrusy at all, but rather floral with a hint of tartness, maybe plum. It can't be called refreshing, it's not suitable for summer, and definitely too heavy for the office. I expected something more, it somehow reminds me of 5th Avenue by Arden, maybe it will sound better and more interesting in cold weather or after some time of settling.
The male version of this fragrance is just WOW, but for some reason, the female version doesn't evoke any associations with the male one.

For fans of Clinique Happy: The updated perfume comes with a different pyramid, not the one indicated on the website. In the new Clinique Happy, the notes are as follows:
Base notes: musk, amber
Top notes: bergamot, fresh notes, plum, apple
Heart notes: lily of the valley, orchid, rose, freesia. I found this description on another website when I felt that Clinique Happy had a completely different scent. And the perfume that I received from Makeup fully corresponds to this pyramid, that's exactly how it unfolds. There are no citrus notes here. Although I have to give credit, the perfume is original, there is no doubt about it, because I applied the perfume to myself at noon and it's already late evening, and I still feel this scent on me, it is very long-lasting and has a good sillage.
It will appeal to lovers of J'adore Dior, it reminds me a little bit of that perfume, there is also a slight similarity with Cerruti 1881.
In general, Clinique Happy is delicately powdery and floral, gently sweet. The scent is more suitable for spring and autumn. It will be overwhelming in hot summer, except maybe in the evening.

I have been using this fragrance for over 10 years. For me, it is the best scent imaginable. The only thing that slightly disappointed me is that it is not as long-lasting as it should be here.... When you spray it on clothes, it stays for at least a week and even leaves a light trace after washing, but here it fades by evening, and the next day, what remains on the clothes doesn't smell exactly as it should.... It's a pity.
