Not an eyeliner, but a nightmare. It smudges, runs, and has a strong alcohol smell. To apply it neatly, you need to use half a pack of cotton swabs. The only positive aspect is the convenient applicator, but even that is outweighed by the horrible quality of the eyeliner itself.
