The scent doesn't overpower everything around, it sits close to the skin and after a couple of hours becomes a lightly noticeable floral scent. It's convenient to wear in crowded places, the office, and such (where people may not share the wearer's preferences) - they don't interfere.
The packaging was tightly sealed with film - not cellophane sealed along the seams, but specifically stretched and sealed film.
However, the bottle itself is very basic and clearly not expensive. Funny enough, it is white and I took it out of the sealed box already not perfectly clean (fingerprints are visible on it, and the packer clearly had dirty hands). Plus, it is lightweight - like plastic, not glass (by the way, anything is possible).
I wouldn't have bought this fragrance randomly, but I liked the Pani Valevskaia soap in Cosmo, specifically the white one - so I googled the perfume itself.
Overall, it is a universal, pleasant, not strong, and non-irritating white floral scent. I liked it (in its price category, of course)).

This is a complete disappointment. The scent is not long-lasting and very weak. It's definitely not what I expected.
