Absolutely pointless.:( It's a pity not even for the money but for the deceived expectations. Even a balm for dandruff moisturizes and nourishes my dry and brittle hair better than this. I give it a 2 only for its objectively low price and pleasant coconut-creamy scent.

This balm used to be better before. This is the third time I've bought it, with a one-year break in between. And something has changed in it. It dries out my hair and makes it difficult to comb, I need to spray additional spray just to comb completely dried out hair. And my hair is not porous and is in excellent condition. Other balms make my hair even better, shiny, and manageable. (I use several masks or balms, alternating). This product worsens everything. Horrible!! Disappointing!!
