Well, I don't know... On the bottle it says "Fixer," meaning it's supposed to secure the nail polish, even though I bought it as a nail strengthener ((( I've been using it for 3 weeks and haven't noticed any difference...

2. The smell of silicone glue is terrible!!!! Even the product in the jar looks like silicone glue or starch. Because of this, I won't buy it again.

I am still in search of the perfect base or nail treatment.
