I ordered 2 balms and both of them were of terrible quality. They had some particles that damaged my lips and didn't melt at all, as if there was sand on my lips. I had to throw them away. Before this, I bought balm from another place and there were no quality issues at all.

I bought this product in a physical store, but I want to leave a review here: this lipstick moisturizes well, has a subtle scent and taste. Overall, I really liked it, and I recommend it to everyone!

This product provides very superficial hydration. If your lips are cracked, there is a 90% chance that it won't help, even if your lips are just wind-chapped, it doesn't give a "wow" result. Currently, my favorite lip balm that actually works well for my lips is the one from L'Occitane, which also comes in a white tube packaging. It is more expensive than this lip balm, but it does have an effect.

In general, they have fixed it, and now it does its job properly.

As a protective balm - yes. However, I didn't notice any restorative or nourishing effects personally. When I unpacked it, the lipstick didn't protrude from the tube. To exchange it, I was required to provide a video, but each time the video size exceeded 25MB and the email wouldn't send. In the end, my husband somehow tinkered with the lipstick and got it to work again.
