The cream tightens the skin and makes it firm, but the smell is just awful. My husband even said, "Ugh, what a stench!" I don't know who wrote about a pleasant scent, but this cream smells like cheap menthol wrapping. It tingles a bit for a short time after application, giving a refreshing sensation to the body. It's a huge waste, it's only Sunday and I've already used half the jar. I only apply it to my thighs, stomach, and buttocks. The consistency is pleasant, and it doesn't feel like there's a film on the skin. If it had a different smell, I would buy more, but for now, I'll continue looking for my perfect body cream.
