The Luxury Collection by Juliette Has A Gun, which began with the scent of Oil Fiction in 2013, welcomes a new edition named Moon Dance. Moon Dance is announced as a mysterious, dark, and shimmering fragrance, filled with hidden power and playing on the contrasts of wood and tuberose notes. The composition is inspired by flowers that bloom at night.
Moon Dance is presented in the same shaped bottle as last year's Oil Fiction. This time, the fragrance liquid is colored in an alluring and provocative dark violet. The dense, warm chypre-floral composition offers a contrast of creamy honey-sweet tuberose and earthy-woody shades of patchouli. The fragrance opens with sparkling notes of bergamot, followed by a heart of tuberose, rose, and powdery violet, and a base of patchouli.
Dark, dense aroma. Complex, tuberose chypre. I wouldn't call it retro, it just lacks anything sweet (although the tuberose slightly sweetens it) and fruity, which is everywhere nowadays (hence why it is perceived as modern). It's different. It has stood out for the summer and now it's so rich, simply magical... I don't agree that any fragrance can have an age affiliation. It's only your perception, mood, and appropriateness. It seems to shimmer with microbursts of tuberose, violet, rose, all together, and anew... Calm, refined, deep. I am delighted with it.

Incredible scent. I am just amazed by it. You won't hear anything like it elsewhere. I can't decipher its notes, but it's my favorite. My mom loves it too. The fragrance is very long-lasting, and men give compliments.
I tried a sample of this magical fragrance. I have a question... the liquid in the sample is blue, but here it is dark... can you confirm if it's the same scent (specifically Moon Dance)? I'm planning to buy a 75ml bottle and I wouldn't want to make a mistake.
Retro Fragrance. Luxurious! Trailblazing! Very long-lasting (sprayed a little on my hair yesterday evening - it's now 16:00 and I can still smell it with every turn of my head). The only thing is, it's more suitable for autumn-winter... a bit heavy for summer.
Exquisite and extraordinary fragrance..
I don't understand why there are no reviews for this truly extraordinary perfume. It has a long-lasting trail and, most importantly, it is completely unlike any other scent. Maybe it's because of the price, but it is definitely worth it.
