This product didn't work for me. I have thick hair and was hoping to soften them with this mask. But it didn't work out. If you leave it on for the advertised 5 minutes, the hair becomes even denser, adding volume that I don't need. The smell is quite specific, some kind of chemical, other series from this brand were more pleasing with their scent. I use it as a substitute for conditioner.

Great hair mask! I bought it randomly in a store based on the seller's recommendation. The second time, I ordered it from my favorite makeup.ua, where the price turned out to be much lower, as always. I only use masks from this series and Matrix shampoo with keratin. After shampooing, I simply apply the mask along the entire length, comb my hair, and put on a cap. I leave it on for 10-15 minutes, and then rinse it off. The effect is amazing! Not only are my hair super soft, but they are also manageable and much easier to style. Overall, I give it a "5" rating.

The face mask is pretty good, it has a pleasant sweet smell)) I give it a 4 because I expected more moisturizing from it, after all, it's a mask for dry hair. It doesn't make the roots oily. This product is a total waste. It leaves a dusty effect on the hair, especially noticeable on blonde dyed hair. Furthermore, it even dries the hair out even more.

People, think about it, how can it be effective in moisturizing if the first ingredients are not oils but rather alcohols, spirits...???!!!

I bought this mask at the pharmacy. My hair is dyed blonde and very dry, so I had high hopes for this mask. However, it turned out to be the worst mask I've ever used. I washed my hair and applied it for 10 minutes, but there was absolutely no effect. It was worse than a regular conditioner. It felt like I hadn't applied anything to my hair at all. It was difficult to comb through, and when I started drying it, it became even more tangled, as if I hadn't used any conditioner after washing. In my opinion, even the cheap Dr. Sante mask gives better results.

I have been using Insight shampoos and masks for over a year now. All of their shampoos and masks are good. Thanks to them, I have felt the difference between organic products and mass-market ones. However, I would give this particular mask a rating of 4 because the effect on my hair was not as excellent as it was with the one for damaged hair.

The best hair mask I have ever used! My hair is very porous and blonde, but this mask tamed my frizzy, damaged hair after the first use (I also used it with a nourishing shampoo from a different line). This mask is perfect for porous hair. If your hair is healthy, you can use it occasionally to deeply nourish your hair. However, for fine hair, it might weigh it down if you use too much. Just a small amount of this mask is enough, and it will do a fantastic job. I highly recommend it!
