I have been using this product for a year and everything has been great. However, today while using it, I unfortunately experienced a chemical burn on my face. My skin turned completely red. This gel is amazing, the whole family uses it. I bought a large volume and the package came from the European Union. Everything is just as described and arrived within 5 days. The scent is like a delicate cream and it lingers on the body. It foams up nicely. I also purchased the liquid soap from this series and I really liked it as well. I am very disappointed because the consistency and smell of the 750ml bottle are different from the 250ml bottle. I won't buy it again. It's unclear what the manufacturer pours and what I am using inside.
