I used to order this thermal water quite often and always liked it. However, the last time I ordered a large bottle, it came defective. The spray nozzle barely worked from the start, and after about ten uses, it stopped working altogether. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering it again.

I ordered this product for the first time and I'm very satisfied. It provides light hydration without being too heavy and soothes irritation a bit. I use it as a supplement to my main skincare routine.

The thermal spray arrived damaged, and the sprayer stopped working the next day, as if there was no pressure. I had purchased it before and never had any issues. It seems like it was stored improperly for a long time. Money wasted. I'm disappointed.

One big drawback is the dispenser. If you're unlucky, you'll receive a dispenser that doesn't work at all. If you're slightly less unlucky, you'll get a dispenser that pours water on your face (rather than a light mist).

The 300ml bottle lasts a long time. I use it twice a day, instead of toner, and sometimes as a makeup fixative. It's a good product.

I deeply regretted the experiment as the waters were salty and caused intense itching and redness. I returned to this particular water, and everything is great: it moisturizes, lowers body temperature, and, of course, there are no allergic reactions. I will not experiment anymore. The water is wonderful, and the spray bottle is more convenient than the one from Avene. The only downside is that I would like to have a more convenient size for travels (50 ml), like the one from Avene. Currently, I have to take two bottles - a large one for home and a small one for my purse. I hope the brand listens to the feedback and adds a small volume option for this thermal water.

Perhaps this thermal water is indeed decent, but it didn't work for me. I regretted purchasing it in a large quantity. After using it, my skin developed red spots (I have dry and sensitive facial skin).

The toner does not dry out or tighten the skin. I use it before applying moisturizer and after applying foundation with a light layer, which helps the makeup to last longer. The only downside is that the jar was not full, so it ran out quickly (150ml).

Before the war, I used to order this product, and not just once, because it really moisturizes well. However, I have noticed a trend with both Vichy and La Roche-Posay products that there is a problem with the sprayer. At some point, it simply stops working and the water just drips out. Maybe it's just a bad batch. This never happened before. And now, on top of that, the price... 500+ UAH for 300 ml of plain water... it's a bit shocking. I will have to look for an alternative, if there is one available.

Great water! In the morning and evening, I used it on my face after washing. I wait for it to dry and then apply cream (all my toners and sprays were crying on the shelf, unused). After showering, I lightly spray it all over my body and immediately apply lotion, which saved me a lot of money on an expensive product! With this water, the lotion applies evenly and absorbs quickly. I never shook the bottle and tried not to press it too often in one use, maybe that's why I was lucky enough to use every last drop and the sprayer is excellent! The thermal water is good, but when there was only a third left, the dispenser started spraying in a stream.. I see, this is a common problem.

I don't know what kind of magical water this is, but I really like it. I use it after shaving - no irritations (without this water, I would definitely be covered in red spots). I use it for mosquito bites - it stops itching! I use it in hot weather to cool down, before applying cream and toner, and after cream just because. My husband jokes that I spent so much money on ordinary water, but he also sprays himself from time to time :)
