Purifying Micellar Water - La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Micellar Water For Oily Sensitive Skin
Good day! I ordered a product from Europe, but it actually arrived from Russia. I need an explanation from your store!
My favorite micellar water, I often order it. It effectively removes makeup without causing any irritations, stickiness, or dryness after application. It works great for combination skin.
I have practically problem-free skin, but this micellar water completely dried it out. If used once a week, it's okay, but as soon as I started using it every day, after two weeks of use, dry patches of skin began to peel off even on my eyelids. On the plus side, it cleanses well and doesn't cause breakouts.
It has a pleasant scent and feels nice on the skin. Visually, the skin appears smooth, soft, and free from irritations and redness. I have been using it for a short period, around 5 days, and I don't remove my eye makeup, as I feel it would be a waste. I opt for a budget-friendly product. The only downside is the bitter taste that can be felt on the lips.
I really liked it. There is no need to rinse and it doesn't leave a greasy film behind. I also feel refreshed after using it. It has a pleasant smell.
I really liked it. The micellar water lived up to its price completely. I'm 40 and I have occasional breakouts on my face, so I decided to try something more aggressive than usual for the summer. But this micellar water turned out to be gentle enough to thoroughly remove makeup from my face, even from my eyes, without causing irritation or dryness.
The manufacturer says that it doesn't need to be rinsed off, but I still wash my face with the gel from the same series and I'm happy with the results. Then I apply eye cream and moisturizer, and I feel beautiful.
I was really eager to try out this miracle water for such a reasonable price. And it definitely lived up to its cost. It effortlessly removed my makeup, leaving my face feeling completely cleansed without any stickiness. I wouldn't hesitate to use it on my eyes either. Although I was initially worried it might sting, it didn't at all. Surprisingly, just two cotton pads were enough to remove my makeup from my entire face.
This product is very soft and pleasant. Unlike the Bioderma, which caused a tingling sensation on my face, and the Yves Rocher that simply doesn't work for me, this one is a great alternative. It even improves the condition of my skin, even though I only remove my foundation with a solution. I am very satisfied and plan to repurchase it.
This product is amazing, but it's important to understand that it is specifically designed for problematic skin in order to effectively remove makeup and cleanse pores! As the only product for the eyes, I wouldn't use it, but instead, I would recommend using a regular micellar water from La Roche. Personally, I have mascara that comes off with hot water and I use this micellar water to remove any remaining residue. In this case, it doesn't sting or cause any irritation, even with my sensitive eyes!
The makeup remover is very weak, you need to rub it and it leaves black marks. It stings the eyes, but it is necessary to use a non-cheap product, rather a facial cleanser and a bath product that are actually good. However, I will not buy this micellar water again.
The foundation works well, but it doesn't remove long-lasting mascara and eyeliner easily, so keep that in mind.
Good micellar water. It effectively removes makeup and is suitable for my sensitive eyes. I feel pleasant sensations after applying it. It is worth the money.
"This micellar water is really good. It effectively removes makeup without causing any burning or irritation. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey."
I have used almost the entire jar. I have combination, problematic skin. I chose this liquid specifically because it is from the Effaclar line and is supposed to be suitable for problematic skin. However, this product from La Roche absolutely ruined my positive opinion of their cosmetics. By categorizing this product as part of their line for problematic skin, they are simply deceiving their customers. Let me start with the pros and cons of this product.
Pros:
- Removes makeup well
- Does not leave unpleasant sensations or stickiness on the skin
- Does not sting the eyes
- Pleasant, subtle scent
Cons:
- THIS IS NOT A PRODUCT FOR PROBLEMATIC SKIN!!!
Initially, I only used this liquid to remove eye makeup and didn't have any major issues, except that my eyelashes noticeably thinned out. However, this could also be due to the mascara, so I don't attribute this problem solely to this product. In the past few weeks, I started using this product to remove makeup from my face as well. Prior to this, I had been treating my skin with a dermatologist for six months and had no breakouts. But thanks to this micellar water, my face broke out with small pimples and a few huge cysts appeared on one cheek. As you can imagine, my face is not in the best condition after using this product. Let me explain why I am certain that the problem is indeed caused by this product. After my skin deteriorated significantly, I naturally began searching for the cause. Besides medical tests and consultations, I also checked the ingredients of the products I had been using recently. I was shocked by the composition of this micellar water! Hexylene glycol is listed as the second ingredient (which means it has a high concentration). This is a comedogenic substance that causes breakouts. The rest of the composition was equally unpleasant. This raises a question for the manufacturer: how could you classify this product as part of the line for problematic skin with such a composition?
In conclusion, I can only say one thing: check the ingredients, even if you have already used products from this brand. By the way, my skin was healed by the Effaclar line (cleanser, toner, and Duo+ cream). And it was ruined by their micellar water because I trusted this manufacturer and didn't check the ingredients before purchasing it.
This product suits both me and my daughter, as we both have combination skin, leaning more towards dry. It effectively removes makeup and feels pleasant on the face. I use it as part of a skincare routine along with the cleanser, this toner, and the moisturizer from the same brand.
This product effectively removes makeup and moisturizes the skin.
Pleasant sensations. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. I have oily skin prone to breakouts. It suits me well, providing a feeling of facial cleanliness. I use it as part of my skincare routine.
Wonderful micellar water. I previously tried the pink one from Garnier, but this one is much better and I liked it a lot.
For oily skin, this product is great as it effectively removes dirt without drying out the skin. It doesn't leave a soapy residue and dries quickly. Plus, it has a fantastic smell!
I tried it for the first time and I really liked it. It effectively removes makeup and is suitable for my problematic oily skin.
I have been using La Roche Effaclar gel for several years and I really like it. It works well for my oily skin that is prone to breakouts, black spots, etc. However, I tried this toner once and I won't be buying it again. It doesn't perform its functions perfectly and it also finishes very quickly if used daily. It doesn't make things worse, but it's not any better either.
Effective and pleasant product. The only downside is that it is not economical. And it's true. I bought the largest promotional bottle. Satisfied!
I completely disagree with half of the reviews below:
1. The water has no smell.
2. After use, the skin is not sticky.
3. It removes makeup well (but I don't think this product is suitable for the skin around the eyes, I haven't even tried it).
The only thing is, I would like the product to be slightly stronger. It is not economical to use.
I bought this product based on the reviews in the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I didn't like it. It doesn't remove mascara well from my lashes and leaves a tight feeling on my skin (I have normal skin). It might be suitable for those with oily skin. Oh, and it also has a fragrance, which smells like some kind of citrus, something you wouldn't expect from pharmacy cosmetics. Although I do love and respect La Roche).
I really like this product, it does its job perfectly!
I used it to remove makeup, but after prolonged use, I noticed the appearance of fine wrinkles. I won't be purchasing it again.
After washing my face with the effaclar series cleanser, I use this lotion. It effectively cleanses the skin, completely removes any oily shine, and restores the skin's balance. It is perfect for summer.
I started using this product right after getting a facial treatment from a cosmetologist. I have been using it for 2 weeks now. It does a fantastic job of cleansing.
I have bought this water spray for the fourth time already. I really like it! Regular use of it helps to tighten pores and makes the skin look healthier. However, I use it as a toner after washing my face with the Toleriane series product.
