This lotion is great. I recommend applying it within the first 30 seconds after patting your skin dry with a towel or facial tissues. The effect truly improves.

I have been using the entire line of products for about six months: facial cleanser, toner, cream, and serum with 3 acids. Initially, everything seemed fine, as it effectively dealt with oiliness and left my skin cleaner. However, over time, it started to damage my skin's protective barrier. My skin became excessively dry, yet still oily, and the texture worsened. I couldn't find a solution to this issue. It took me a while to realize that it was caused by these products. When I started testing new creams and cleansers, my skin improved. As for the toner, it's useless. There was a period when I used it on half of my face for three weeks just to see if it made any difference, but it didn't work at all.

Hello, unfortunately, this review is not pleasant for me. The description on the jar and the product page only mentioned applying it to cleansed skin and then using a moisturizer. However, I only learned from comments on makeup blogs later on that the product should not be used every day, but rather 2-3 times a week. After using it daily for a few days, my skin started to burn on problem areas, and washing it off with water did not help, nor did any of the moisturizing products. There are very dry patches on my face that have become red and burn throughout the day. I have put this product aside and now I hope that my skin will not worsen because it feels like my skin is peeling off with each passing hour and the burning sensation is getting stronger. I have never experienced constant redness before, although I have had problematic skin. I used the following routine every day:

Unfortunately, this tonic only ruined my skin. I bought it in Europe. I somewhat liked other Effaclar products. Perhaps the tonic does remove the top layer of impurities, but by tightening the pores and containing alcohol (which causes dryness, hence increased sebum production), it only encapsulated everything inside for me. Now I have to treat it for a long time and it's tedious.

I use it constantly, and my pores have significantly reduced, and my skin condition has improved.

Now, first of all, they completely changed the composition while keeping the same name, and secondly, alcohol is in second place... By the way, I couldn't find the composition on the website before placing the order, so apparently there is something to hide. The tonic has worsened, it has disappointed me, and I won't be buying it anymore.

A lotion for very oily skin. It gives a refreshing sensation, but immediately requires the application of moisturizer as it tightens and dries out the skin.

It effectively clears open, wide, and clogged pores from the first use. It slightly helps reduce closed comedones with regular application. I cannot say that it directly narrows the pores. It does cause a slight tingling sensation, indicating a peeling effect. It did not cause any irritations on sensitive skin. It does dry out the skin a bit, but it is not critical.

I regularly buy this product line for my daughter, who has oily skin. Don't expect instant miracles, you need to apply the skincare step by step every day. Somewhere around a month, maybe a bit less, you will see results. Acne disappears, the skin becomes clearer. This product exfoliates the skin quite aggressively, making it very easy to experience irritation and redness even with just every other day usage, which will then have to be treated. For sensitive skin, I would recommend using it no more than 1-2 times a week, as it is not suitable for daily use as it can disrupt the skin barrier. AHA acids are much better for exfoliation if your skin is sensitive or dehydrated. It does indeed effectively clean out pores, but it also dries out the skin (as it contains quite a bit of alcohol), which contradicts the principles of caring for problematic skin. Just to clarify, of course, I used a moisturizer after applying the toner, but it does not save the skin from such an aggressive product.

I have bought La Roche lotion not for the first time, and I have never had the desire to change it. When used in combination with the face wash gel and face cream, it produces an incredible effect. It contains 20% alcohol, which is too much. Indeed, it does dry out the skin, but it also dehydrates it severely. I definitely do not recommend it for problematic skin.

The product has a very strong alcohol smell. I have sensitive combination skin and I thought it would be suitable for me because I have used a calming product from the same brand before. I must say that I personally assigned this product to myself. Perhaps this is where the problem lies. My skin used to have breakouts (which are now gone because I have been treating it and correcting it with professional equipment). However, this toner definitely had an exfoliating effect, as it dried out my problematic but not oily skin and caused it to peel in some areas. I didn't notice anything good about it. By the way, my cosmetologist recommended a toner with acids, but from the professional cosmetic brand Biologic Research, and it doesn't dry out my skin!
