We don't rub or apply shampoo to our hair. The shampoo fulfills its task completely. It has a small consumption. It lasts forever. The hair washes out perfectly. The hair is clean and loose. However, if you want shiny and moisturized hair, apply conditioner after washing and leave-in conditioner on damp hair. Otherwise, you are trying to solve all problems at once with just one shampoo.
