This is the most terrifying product in my life!!! It doesn't heal, but instead ruins my hair even more. I threw away both the shampoo and the mask after the second use, even though I should have done it after the first. This product dirties, tangles, and damages hair even more!!! How is it even possible to manufacture something like this?
The smell is terrible. I have natural, uncolored hair and I wash my hair every 3 days. I used it with a moisturizing conditioner for almost 3 months. I liked everything about it, but the price is too high for this product, so I won't be repurchasing it.
From the first wash, the hair was smooth, but then the second and third wash made it very stiff... Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.

I found this shampoo suitable for me. I ordered it here. I have a combination hair type - oily scalp and dry ends, as well as colored hair. After using this shampoo, my hair stays fresh for longer, looks thicker, and has more volume. I would like to mention that if you want the shampoo to be a standalone and all-in-one product for hair care, like a 10-in-1, then you are looking for something that doesn't exist yet. The shampoo should mainly perform the function of cleansing the scalp. So, if you have damaged hair and expect magic in one wash, it won't work like that. You need to use conditioner, mask, and other products according to your hair and scalp needs. I repeat, this shampoo is wonderful. But you will get the best results if you use it correctly: 1. Lather it in your palms with a small amount of water. 2. Apply it to the scalp, not the entire length of the hair. 3. Gently massage the scalp instead of creating a nest on it. And finally, make sure to use conditioner or a balm afterwards.

The consistency is great, thick, but my hair gets dirty after just 2 days. I used to wash my hair 1-2 times a week, but now I have to do it every other day.

The shampoo is excellent, but I am increasingly disappointed with the makeup service with each order. I have been placing orders for several years now, and not for mass-market cosmetics. Yesterday, I wanted to pay for my order with a card on the website, but they charged a portion of the amount from my card and insisted on cash payment for the rest. They said there was some kind of glitch on the website. I don't care about your glitches, they could have given me a discount and apologized right away, instead of when the courier arrived and I suddenly had to find half of the amount in cash.

We bought this shampoo in Israel. We liked it because it cleanses the hair well. If you wash with just the shampoo, you won't be able to comb it. You definitely need a mask or conditioner. Moreover, shampoo and conditioner are not hair care, but hygiene. That's why any shampoo washes away, and the conditioner softens. I have oily roots, and after a month of using it, I still wash my hair every other day.

I bought the oil - it was great, so I decided not to hesitate and purchased a huge bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
The first few uses were amazing. However, after a week, my skin started to feel a bit tight, and after another week or two, I developed a severe dandruff problem (for the first time in my life) with a horrible itch that I am currently struggling to alleviate. My disappointment knows no bounds :(
This shampoo makes my hair fall out a lot when I wash it for some reason! I don't like the smell, so I open a window. It's too strong for me. It foams up nicely (when you wash for the second time), but you need to rinse it off abundantly. It's not worth the money. I bought it for 470.
I decided to try this shampoo from the "not cheap" range. I have thick, medium length hair. Although the shampoo lathers well, it is quite wasteful on my hair. I read reviews about this shampoo claiming it "cleanses to a squeak" and I couldn't understand how that was possible. Now I know. It really does wash the hair very well, but they become stiffer compared to other shampoos, and I didn't see any moisturizing or shine effects. For me, it is definitely necessary to use this shampoo only in combination with conditioner or a hair mask. If the special effect is not noticeable from the first use, as other users have written, then I hope to see it before it runs out (I have 70ml, I think it will last for 5 uses). After using the mask, at least they can be combed! But after the shampoo....disaster and horror once again! I've never had a worse shampoo! I usually use (Paul Mitchell, L'Oréal, Davines).
I use this shampoo in combination with the restorative conditioner, restorative mask, and hair oil. At first, it seemed like there was no effect, except for the wonderful smell after washing. But after two months of continuous use, I can say that these products are amazing! My hair is alive (it was previously dry), in excellent condition, and hardly splits! I highly recommend it!
