NYX Professional Makeup Soft Matte Lip Cream Liquid Lipstick

I bought it for a friend, but now it seems like a completely different lipstick. The consistency is not at all like before, and the lipstick is not matte at all. If you touch your lips, the lipstick will just transfer to your hand. The color is very different from my previous order. I don't know what they did with the formula of this lipstick, but it's just disappointing and terrible.

I'm deducting one star - the new version of the lipstick in the Istanbul color is indeed much brighter than the previous one. However, the lipstick has a lightweight texture and can be applied with a very thin layer to achieve a less intense color.

The color is completely different from what was shown on the website, and I am very disappointed. You can see it for yourself - Rome has a pinkish hue.

I ordered this lipstick because I like this brand, but this particular product disappointed me. Firstly, it is not long-lasting at all and easily wears off. Moreover, the package arrived half empty. How is that even possible?

Have there been any changes in the colors? In the photo, my shade looks completely different, and I'm afraid to order it because it shouldn't be brown like it is here.

The shade "Cannes" has always been my favorite, with its brown undertone. My lipstick ran out a while ago and I decided to reorder. I was disappointed because the color has changed significantly(((( It's now pink. I have two identical models in my hands, but the old one is brown and the new one is pink. I hope the manufacturer will fix this flaw so I can continue buying my favorite color.

I chose the shade London because anything with a pink undertone doesn't suit me. I really like the color, and I don't feel it on my lips at all. Everything is great.

Previously, I had bright/dark shades, but this time I chose something more neutral, shade 19 Cannes, and I am very pleased with it. It's a nice light shade for summer, a delicate pink-nude. The texture is also pleasant, just like before. I can recommend it!

Shade 08 San Paulo used to be a luxurious, deep, berry-red color that could be worn both casually and for special occasions. People always asked about the lipstick because the texture and color truly looked expensive.

Now, it has become a terrible, vulgar coral-pink color, despite the fact that the packaging and the color itself on the outside match what it used to be.

Out of all the options, Toulouse suited me the best. I always use only NYX: 1. Toulouse, 2. Budapest, 3. Lyon.

I really liked the 19th shade in terms of color and texture. It gives a nice refresh to the face and is suitable for those, like me, who are already 35+ and looking for a tone that doesn't overload the face. The only thing is, I apply it on my lips with a brush, not with the original applicator. Also, the lipstick slightly settles into the natural lip creases, so after a couple of minutes of application, it's necessary to blot the lips with a tissue to remove any excess. Other than that, the product is flawless.

Shade 19 Cannes is very beautiful, a reddish-pink color that matches the photo on the website. The texture is creamy and smooth, it applies evenly and doesn't dry out the lips. It has become one of my favorites. The only downside is that the lipstick doesn't come with a protective film. You can see the remnants of a twisted and torn film near the lid, indicating that it was previously there.

The lipstick is simply wonderful. It has a texture that you can't feel on your lips, it doesn't stick, and it applies easily. It also smells great, but it doesn't dry out like other matte lipsticks. The texture is more like mousse. However, there is one major issue. I ordered the shade San Paulo based on how it looks on the palette of this website, but in real life, it is completely different. The lipstick is really cool. You need to understand that it has a mousse-like texture and should be applied with a very thin layer, it sits lightly on the lips. Try smudging it with your finger after application. It's makeup without looking like makeup. I use the shade Stockholm, apply it thinly, smudge it, add a cool brown pencil, and smudge it again. It stays on very well, and most importantly, you can't see its texture on the lips! The Givenchy Sheer Velvet gives me a similar effect, but it costs 1800. Just don't apply a thick layer, that's no longer trendy. Makeup should be lightweight, not a ton of lipstick that later flakes off.

I bought shade 19, Cannes, here. There was no protective film on the lipstick, and the color doesn't match at all - it's awful. I have already had experience using this shade before - I bought it for the first time in America, and I liked it, plus it had a protective film too.

I have bought these lipsticks before, and I like them. They don't smudge on my lips, they stay on well, and they don't leave any marks on cups. I used to have the shade Rome, which was a muted reddish-brown on my lips, not too bright. This time, I got the shade 09 Abu Dhabi, and it's a classic nude color on me (I have fair skin and my lip color is not very intense, but not pale either). I am satisfied and plan to continue buying them.

Shade 8, I didn't even bother trying to dye it. You can judge the impressions just by looking at the contour, what kind of color is this, like an old lady's shade?

I have the shade 09 Abu Dhabi and it is simply wonderful! I wanted to take a photo of it on my lips, but the photo doesn't quite capture it, although the packaging represents it well.

This is a very nice nude shade, not dark, a good everyday option. It's neither cool nor warm, somehow adjusting to the lip color.

I am fair-skinned brunette and I had doubts whether this shade would make me look red-haired, but I saw a photo of a beautiful girl with this shade in the reviews below and decided to try it, and I was not disappointed!

With this lipstick, a lip liner is a must, and the gel liner Lamel 407 (which is leftovers from the old version) was perfect for me.

Or I use a combination of liners: Bless beauty 14 nude latte + NYX 857 nude beige. (I bought everything here on Makeup and I recommend it!)

Amazing lipstick))) Does the quality depend on the shade? I used to buy the shade Rome (a favorite for any look) and San Paolo here. I had no problems with them. They are not too long-lasting, smudge a bit, and need to be reapplied and touched up throughout the day, especially after eating. But overall, they are quite comfortable to use.

However, recently I ordered Amsterdam. It applies a bit streaky, requires a thicker layer to be applied, stains teeth, takes forever to dry, and leaves heavy imprints on surfaces. It also starts to look like clay after a while. The color is beautiful and vibrant, although I expected it to be more red, but it has a hint of orange and is quite temperamental. It's quite expensive for this kind of quality.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this lipstick. I am aware that NYX is considered a professional cosmetics brand, so I had high hopes for its quality. I saw an advertisement stating that if you purchase products from NYX worth over 700 UAH, you would receive a gift. I decided to go for it, chose a color, and the reviews and photos seemed to be exactly what I wanted. However, in the end, they did not include the gift, explaining that it was because the items were being shipped from Europe to Ukraine. When the lipstick arrived, the color was some sort of orangish-pink, as you can see in the photo. Furthermore, the quality itself was dry and easily smudged, making it not long-lasting at all. In other words, it did not live up to its description. I do not recommend it.

I purchased the shade Berlin. It is almost what I wanted. The shade reminds me of the femme fatale theme. However, there is one significant drawback. I tried applying the lipstick with a pencil, waited quite a long time, but the lipstick did not set at all. I will try again, but for now, I am disappointed with its staying power.

The lipstick is wonderful, although it seems a bit dry. However, it applies quite nicely on the lips and is long-lasting. It doesn't have a bad smell, it smells normal. But I didn't guess the shade right. 02 - Stockholm - is a light orange-brown shade that, in my opinion, is not flattering at all. I don't even know who it would suit. Using this lipstick without a lip pencil is definitely not an option. If you combine it with a pink-brown pencil (I use O'bays in shade 06), you can achieve a decent shade, something like caramel. But overall, I don't recommend it, at least not this particular shade.

I purchased samples of Milan, Istanbul, and Cape Town with a difference of about a month. Milan and Istanbul appear much brighter in daylight than the photos of the models' hands in the description. Cape Town looks just like the photo. Judging by the bottle, Cape Town was from a different batch and it noticeably differs in quality from the first two. I liked Milan and Istanbul - they fit perfectly, dry quickly, and stay well on the lips. Cape Town doesn't apply well, in clumps, and takes much longer to dry than the first two. Now I don't think I will risk getting new ones if they differ so much from batch to batch.

Room 56 Shanghai

I recently had the opportunity to stay in Room 56 at the Shanghai hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing utmost comfort throughout my stay.

Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was much larger than I had expected, allowing me to move around freely without feeling cramped. The layout of the furniture was well thought out, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring that every corner of the room was spotless. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, as even the smallest areas were thoroughly cleaned.

The design of Room 56 was also worth mentioning. The color scheme and decor created a modern and stylish ambiance, which added to the overall charm of the room. The furnishings were not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

You need to get used to this lipstick. My favorite shades are Cannes and Abu Dhabi. They can be applied with or without a lip liner. They take a long time to dry, so it's better not to eat anything during that time, but it stays on all day. Of course, the middle part gets eaten off after a snack, but the outline remains untouched, so you can touch it up or add some gloss to the center for a beautiful look. The scent is caramel, but not overwhelming. Apply it over lip balm. It's difficult to guess the shade, but once you find the right one, you won't trade it for anything else, just like me. Thank you.

19 Cannes - a deep color that is rich and intense, but unfortunately doesn't last long enough.

I purchased shade 08 after seeing how it looked on different girls' hands in photos. It's absolutely terrible! The color is completely different from what is shown in the product photos or on different skin tones. Shade 08 is actually a bright pink! It didn't suit me at all.

Please bring the Room!

I didn't buy it here, but the lipstick is not long-lasting. It doesn't stay on the lips for long.

The color is not accurate.

I ordered the shade CABO-62, as you can see in the photo. However, the color on the website does not match the actual color in real life. Additionally, it dries out the lips and easily comes off when washed.

I purchased the shade Transylvania and was afraid it would be too purple, but it turned out fine. The lipstick is matte and applies smoothly, but I don't understand the scent (to each their own). The lasting power is relative - if you don't eat or do so carefully, it's good. The shade I got applies wonderfully, without any clumps or the need for layering.

My rating: 4 out of 5.

I bought it on sale, but I wouldn't pay full price for it only because there are cheaper alternatives on the market or ones with better quality for the same price.

This lipstick is terrible. It is semi-transparent and requires at least 4-5 layers to get any color payoff. Another downside is that it clumps. Additionally, it was advertised as a matte lipstick, but it is not at all. I am disappointed. This is the 10-Monte Carlo lipstick.

This is my favorite lipstick. I have used many of them throughout my life. It has a very delicate texture, a matte finish, and it does not dry out my lips at all. It is easy to apply and it smells deliciously sweet. It also easily comes off with tissues. My favorite shade is Rome.

I am satisfied with the lipsticks, London is more orange than Abu Dhabi.

A regular matte shine. It doesn't last long. If you need a truly long-lasting matte shine or lipstick, go for Maybelline Super Stay Matte Lipstick - it stays on all day and can only be completely removed with a makeup remover at the end of the day.
