The grater is just average. It's a regular sandpaper. :) However, the thin and narrow handle is a significant drawback. It bends when you apply pressure. There's a high chance it will crack soon.

I have been using only Titania nail files for three years. I usually use one file for a year, and then the surfaces become slightly dull (but you can still use them if you don't have any major issues with your heels). I am very satisfied with these nail files, I don't even consider other cheaper brands, etc. They have excellent quality, a reasonable price, convenience in use, and longevity. What else do you need?! I am very happy!
I agree with the other positive reviews. This grater is excellent, with a good balance between price and quality.
Good workhorse! The rougher side removes all the unnecessary from the heels, then I polish with the fine-grained side and the heels squeak. As an intermediate maintenance between pedicures - it's absolutely perfect.
