The shampoo was disappointing. After washing, my hair looked dull and even had a greasy feel. I've never been this let down by a shampoo before.

The shampoo is terrible. I've never encountered anything like it in my life. The roots at the crown of my head feel sticky, as if shampoo was poured on and never rinsed out. Meanwhile, the ends are clean and fluffy. Very strange...
