I don't understand why this product is called a refreshing tonic here. In reality, it is an excellent conditioner. It protects and nourishes the hair without drying it out, giving it a shiny appearance. It should be applied to towel-dried hair after washing and then dried as usual. It can also be applied to dry hair, but not to the roots as it can make them greasy. Instead, focus on the ends to make them lie better. This is a fabulous conditioner for thick hair (and also for thin and thick hair).
