It will strengthen and whiten tooth enamel, eliminate harmful bacteria, and refresh your breath.
The presented product will make your teeth strong and dazzlingly white. The gel addresses the issue of tooth yellowing, and its high fluoride concentration significantly increases resistance to cavities. Your gums will also benefit from this gel, as it alleviates bleeding and pain. After using this product, your breath will have a fresh mint leaf scent.
Take care of your dental health! Prevent the onset of cavities and give yourself strong, white teeth and healthy gums with the intensive prevention gel from Paro Swiss.-
Step 1: Initial Fitting
• Place the mouthguard in the molding tray. The guard is properly positioned if its top is curved inward. If it's not positioned correctly, adjust it before proceeding with the fitting process.
• Position the mouthguard and molding tray over your upper teeth and bite down.
• Use a mirror to ensure the molding tray is centered between your two front teeth. Your teeth should be aligned in the center of the molding material.
Step 2: Final Fitting
• Bring water to a boil using a microwave or stove. The water should be at least 1.5 inches deep. Remove the container from the heat and let it cool for 10 seconds. Be cautious when handling the hot container.
• Submerge the mouthguard, face down, in the hot water for 60 seconds.
• Remove the mouthguard and molding tray using a metal fork, utilizing the holes in the tray's handle.
• Quickly dip them in room temperature water (for no more than 1 second). Immediately lift the mouthguard using the tray's handle and gently place it in your mouth. Do not bite down yet.
• Using a mirror, align the mouthguard under your two front teeth and ensure the edges fit under your molars.
• Firmly bite into the molding material of the mouthguard and hold until it cools to body temperature. Wait for at least 2 minutes.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard and molding tray from your mouth and rinse under cool water for 20 seconds. This helps the guard retain its shape in the tray.
• Once cooled, detach the mouthguard from the molding tray. Start by gently separating the ends on each side of the tray, then work your way around to the front. It is normal if the guard sticks slightly to the tray. Your mouthguard is now ready for use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Clean the mouthguard with toothpaste and/or mouthwash after each use. Never rinse it with hot water, as this can alter its shape.
• Check your mouthguard monthly for signs of wear. Its lifespan depends on the frequency and intensity of teeth grinding. The mouthguard can be used for up to six months.
I am giving a review based on my first use of the product. I applied it to my teeth using my finger after my regular cleaning, and I will try using a toothbrush next time. I hope that the prevention (in my case) will be effective. I will write another review after a month of using it.
