This mask is absolutely useless! It has no effect whatsoever! The unpleasant smell is a major drawback.

Personally, this product has different effects on my hair (long, dry, porous). I live in Lviv, and the local tap water has almost no effect on it. It slightly smooths my hair, but I can't comb it without additional products afterwards. I also don't see any improvement in its condition. However, when I visit my parents, where the water comes from a well, the hair mask works normally, like any other mask I bought from Watsons for up to 100 UAH. Of course, it's not as good as professional products, but comparing them doesn't make sense since the price difference is significant. I leave it on my hair for at least 5 minutes, usually 10-15, and I squeeze out the excess water with a towel before applying it. I will continue to use it as a conditioner between my regular hair care routine, but I won't buy it again. It's good that I ordered a small size, 275 ml, to try it out. I think it might be suitable for short hair or for long hair that is naturally healthy and doesn't require any special care products.
