This balm is excellent. I have dry, wavy, uncolored hair, without heat styling. It contains propylene glycol, which moisturizes well, and cetrimonium chloride, which is a conditioning additive. It suits my hair well.

The balm is really disappointing. You have to apply a huge amount just to somewhat moisturize your hair, and it doesn't even smell nice. On top of that, I couldn't unscrew the pump, so I have to pour it directly from the bottle every time, despite my numerous attempts to open it.

It didn't work for me at all! My hair gets oily quickly. After using this product, they got even more tangled, became rough to the touch, and unruly. No, thank you.

The balm really works. Regardless of the scent, it is simply unusual for such products to be "almost non-existent". I love this brand. I don't regret buying it, I will continue to use it as it helps my hair (I am a blonde).
