I didn't understand this product because the mascara dissolved on the third try and it wasn't very good. The Maybelline mascara was brown. There was a film and unpleasant sensation in my eyes. In the morning, my eyes were dry despite removing the makeup three hours before sleeping. I didn't notice any smell. Disappointing. My skin is combination dry with an oily T-zone. Micellar water from Van Lav.
The product cleanses thoroughly, has a pleasant and smooth texture, but it requires some effort to remove well-applied mascara. The only downside is the horrible smell, which reeks of sunflower oil to the point where you no longer want to use it.
This is an amazing product for removing long-lasting makeup. Your skin feels clean after using it, and it's a pleasure to use! The Estée Lauder foundation washes off perfectly! As for those who write negative reviews, maybe you should learn how to use the product first, or perhaps read the instructions :) The makeup is always on point, thank you!
The top balm, for those who do not like hydrophilic oils, this will be a pretty good option. It cleanses superbly, leaving the skin radiant like a lantern, and with regular use, the pores become significantly cleaner. Do not forget that this is the first step in cleansing, it is mandatory to use a foam/gel cleanser! I am deducting one star only for the film in the eyes after washing, you need to rinse your eyes well, otherwise it feels like you're seeing through a whitish filter.
It performs its function well, without drying out, and does not completely wash off; however, it has an unpleasant smell of spoiled oil.
The balm is excellent. However, when I ordered it, a set of mascara and a mini version of this balm was supposed to be included as a gift. It didn't come.

This balm is fantastic, I am delighted! It cleanses the skin very well. The condition of my skin has noticeably improved, irritation, small breakouts, and redness have disappeared, which I couldn't manage to deal with using any pharmacy products. The texture has improved, and the pores have been cleared. The product is fragrance-free, which makes it truly priceless :).
I didn't like this product, but I'm glad I bought the small version. The formula feels greasy like some kind of lard when applied on my face, and it also has the scent of old cosmetics. I won't be purchasing it again.
The 125ml volume is quite large and will last for a long time. There are no downsides except for the sealing. It is missing. I don't understand why the balm is already opened, even though there should be a seal along the lid.
I have been wanting this balm for a very long time. I looked at it, read reviews, and finally... I didn't like it. I use the "Idol" mascara from Lancome, it is waterproof. It is very bad at removing. It only removes from the third application and even then, it leaves black marks under my eyes. I am very disappointed with this product. Additionally, if you wash off your makeup with contact lenses on, know that you will see everything as if in a fog, until you take off your lenses and rinse them in solution.
The best thing I have ever used. I have sensitive skin and my skin and eyes always felt irritated from micellar waters. This product is very gentle but at the same time it cleanses well and it's pleasant to apply, it melts on the face. I recommend it.

I didn't expect such a great effect, to be honest. I applied it to my face and eyes, rinsed it off with warm water... and everything is fine - my makeup is completely removed. I even checked with a cotton pad soaked in micellar water, my skin is clean, especially under the eyes! And my skin doesn't feel dry at all. It doesn't sting or irritate. Now I will happily continue using it. It saves a lot of time.

I have dry and combination skin. I bought this balm based on the reviews (since I've never used such a product before) and I am very satisfied. I have already bought the small jars twice, and this time I bought the large one so it lasts longer. It removes makeup very well without drying out the skin. After using it, I also use a cleansing gel.
The consistency is similar to lard. I have dry + combination skin. I haven't understood the effect yet. It hasn't made my skin worse, but I can't praise the product either. I would rather recommend it than not.

The best of all the cleansers I've tried! Firstly, I really appreciate the product's format as I'm not a fan of liquid cleansers. Secondly, it has absolutely no scent, which is better than any chemical or overpowering fragrance. Thirdly, it does a great job at its task. After using it, I follow up with a gel cleanser and my skin feels squeaky clean. My skin is problematic, but this product has made it better, unlike similar Korean alternatives. I ordered this product based on recommendations, and I must say I liked it. However, there is no scent at all, despite it being the largest size available. Nonetheless, it does a great job of cleansing.

1. Smell. Despite the reviews about the smell of the oil, I don't smell any odor at all. Maybe it's because I got a 30ml sample.
2. Format. It's a matter of personal preference.
3. Properties. Let's go into more detail here. I tried it in different ways in search of that "amazing" option. But it didn't work out. It cleanses the skin, yes, but you need quite a lot of product, even though I don't use a lot and I use long-lasting products. Mascara - a failure. The skin under the eyes needs a second step of makeup removal. It doesn't remove, it smudges, but again - at least the lashes are clean. I tried many different products, tried dividing the skin and eyes, always failed with the eyes (regular mascara, not waterproof).
4. This leads to the last factor: cost-effectiveness. No, it's not economical. You need a lot of it.
3/5 for actually cleansing the skin (which, in my opinion, is the most important, especially for lashes) and for the lack of smell.
For me, this format of makeup remover is the most convenient. It removes everything from me, including long-lasting lipstick, eyeliner, and mascara. Of course, I wash my face with gel after using the balm.

I have never used such products before because I don't like oily textures, but this balm is really good! It is very economical, I don't need a lot, I scoop it up with a spatula, warm it in my hands, and then massage it well onto my face. Afterwards, I take a wet baby wipe and wipe everything off before continuing with my cleansing routine. This is the method I use. Since purchasing this hydrophilic balm, my pores have become much cleaner.

I really liked how it removes makeup, leaving my skin looking well-cared for and soft, with an even complexion. However, to my immense disappointment, it didn't suit my very sensitive skin. After a few days, I experienced an allergic reaction and my face swelled up.

The key is to use it correctly. Apply a small amount on dry skin using dry fingers. Massage for a while. It feels so good. Then rinse off. It doesn't sting the eyes and doesn't clog pores. It has no smell. The sensation after using it is very pleasant.
I decided to write a review for future buyers of this product. I bought a 125ml jar, which is big and will last you a long time if you use a small amount of oil. There's no need to take too much of it. The jar is beautiful and big, but what bothered me about this product is that it doesn't come with a protective lid and there's no scoop included to retrieve the product. This is why I am deducting 1 star. Why isn't this mentioned or shown in any photos of the product in an open state?

This balm is absolutely amazing. It removes makeup excellently. However, it is necessary to wash off eye makeup separately with another product.
I have been using this product for a couple of years now, and it does an excellent job of cleansing the skin from makeup. It dissolves all types of cosmetics, even the most long-lasting ones. The key is to massage the face with light movements for at least a minute, focusing on the eyes last. Then rinse with water and follow with a regular face wash. I am completely satisfied with it - my skin is not dried out and is thoroughly cleansed from makeup. I wouldn't trade Clinique for anything else; it's my holy grail.
As for the packaging, let me say this: the full-size version does not come in a box or with a protective membrane, as it should. However, in the smaller 30ml size, this is present.

This product does not dry out the skin, but it also does not remove eye makeup, even though it claims to remove even long-lasting makeup. It smears dirt around even worse than Nivea foam cleanser.

I used to use oils to remove makeup, but now I decided to try a balm. One big advantage is that it has no scent. It removes well, maybe you need to take a little more than the Estee Lauder balm, but it still removes waterproof cosmetics wonderfully, the main thing is to give it a chance to dissolve all the makeup. I take a certain amount of the product with a stick and spread it evenly all over my face, it becomes an oil. Then I rinse it off. Unlike oils, the balm doesn't foam too much, but I still wash my face with Korean foam after using it.
Regarding the product, it falls short. However, the makeup service is becoming increasingly disappointing. There was no protective film or box included. It gives the impression that someone else has already used this balm on me!

The balm is good and removes makeup excellently, but I prefer Heimish All Clean Balm. It feels and smells better! It feels like having sunflower oil on my face and it's not as comfortable to remove as Heimish, but it's still acceptable for a balm. I probably won't repurchase it. These are just my personal preferences, and I have no complaints about the quality of this balm, I simply prefer Heimish.
