Cleansing Lotion for Combination Skin - Clinique Clarifying Lotion №3
Girls, this toner is perfect for very oily skin as it doesn't make your face sticky like alcohol-based ones. I will continue using only this toner for myself. I have already used around 4 bottles and will definitely keep buying it. Excellent product!
I really like the toner.
Girls, even if you have oily skin, do not buy this tonic. My skin is in such a terrible condition right now, like burns. It horribly dries out the skin and the smell of alcohol is so strong that it burns my eyes. I do not recommend it.
The alcohol content is very noticeable; I can't see any difference compared to products from mass-market brands.
The product did not suit my combination skin. It is extremely drying.
Great lotion! I was worried that it might dry out my skin, but it doesn't. I've been using the large bottle for over six months. My breakouts have disappeared, my skin feels calm, and the oiliness has reduced a bit. I highly recommend it to anyone with similar issues!
The price seems a bit high for such a composition, considering that there is only one effective component found in cheaper tonics.
This product is great as it effectively cleanses the skin, although it tends to dry it out. One minor concern is the strong smell of alcohol that can be a bit off-putting.
One of the best facial toners, I have been using it for many years and have tried something else, but I always come back to it. I have oily skin prone to breakouts, and it effectively cleanses and dries out pimples. I always buy the number 3.
Great cleansing lotion, but you need to make sure it's suitable for your skin. I have combination/oily skin with occasional breakouts. The lotion effectively dries them out, and by the next day, they are practically invisible. Of course, moisturizing is necessary after using it! I have tried the whole series, but this lotion has become a staple on my shelf. I use it as needed, not every day.
By the way, I don't understand why many girls shy away from alcohol in skincare products. It's the best antiseptic! Alcohol or salicylic acid, in my opinion, should definitely be in cosmetic products if you have oily/problematic skin. Just my humble opinion. Moreover, Clinique products use a special denatured alcohol, not isopropyl alcohol like many might think... I agree with the comment below - it's a basic skincare step! It won't work miracles on your face, but you can't go without it either.
