This is a highly effective dual-phase lotion, designed for the delicate removal of eye makeup, including waterproof types. It features a hypoallergenic formula, making it perfectly suited even for women with sensitive eyes, as well as for those who wear contact lenses.
The dual-phase product consists of a light-blue oil phase and a light-aqua water phase. Its subtle floral scent is almost imperceptible. The lotion's composition includes glycerin, a vitamin complex, milk proteins, almond and honey extracts, along with softening and moisturizing components that allow for quick cleansing of the skin around the eyes, removing any type of makeup while acting very gently, leaving the skin elastic and soft. After using this product, there's no feeling of dryness or tightness; the oil leaves a light protective film that is virtually unnoticeable on sensitive eyelid skin.
This lotion is presented in a stylish, beautiful transparent-blue bottle, adorned with a rose relief (a symbol of the Lancôme brand). The same rose design is also featured on the bottle cap.

Great product. It easily and quickly removes makeup within seconds. If you've had to struggle with micellar water, then Bi-facil makes it all very easy without any effort. It's gentle, soft, and moisturizing. It feels comfortable on the skin and doesn't cause any irritation.
I came across a mini version of this product in a set that also included mascara and serum. The Idole mascara is my favorite, as well as the beloved Genefique serum. The makeup remover was new to me, but I liked it immediately. The price is quite high compared to my usual micellar water, so I don't have the funds for a large volume yet, but I got myself the 75ml size, which I think will last me a long time since I don't wear makeup every day.

I purchased this product as part of a set, along with mascara and serum. The mascara arrived dry. The makeup remover caused an allergic reaction (burning eyes) and does a very poor job at removing regular mascara, leaving dark spots under the eyes.
The only and very effective product for removing waterproof mascara Clio. It also does a great job of cleansing oily areas for those with combination skin!
I have mature, very dry, dehydrated, and easily irritated skin, with occasional rosacea, so not all products suit me. I have been using this product for many years.
