Good oxidizer, I used it with the eyebrow dye from Estel Professional Only Looks. It covered really well and thankfully didn't turn my eyebrows black.

The oxidizer is decent. After all my experiments, I've come to the conclusion that it's necessary to dilute it with paint at a ratio of about 50:50.
