It contains only 3% hydrogen peroxide, which is perfectly sufficient for the full oxidation of the majority of the dye. It is used exclusively for dyeing in darker shades, making it ideal for eyebrows and eyelashes.
Thanks to the rich vitamin content of RefectoCil Oxidant, the hairs will not be harshly subjected to oxidation. Along with darkening, you'll also nourish and moisturize the follicles and skin area where the chemical substance is applied. The developer contains palm and sunflower oil, grape seed oil, and jojoba oil. These contribute to strengthening brittle and thin hair along its entire length and moisturizing dry follicles.
The dye, when mixed with the RefectoCil developer for eyebrows and eyelashes, can last up to two months. This is both economical and effective. After trying home dyeing just once, you'll forget about trips to the salon.

I have been working with Refectocil for a long time and I absolutely love this dye. However, I started using this developer in December and something strange happened. The imprint on the skin turns out to be of a yellowish, unattractive color. It is particularly noticeable on the 3.0 dye.
We have always used this developer. When our little bottle ran out, we ordered it again. However, the new bottle does not work well in oxidizing the paint and also has a different smell. Luckily, we still have a little bit of the old one left. Not sure if it's an issue with the batch or if the quality has deteriorated. It's just disappointing to have to throw away the bottle.
I have been using this manufacturer's oxidizer and dyes for many years.
Pros: There is no odor, it does not cause skin irritation, it covers gray hair, and it can also be used to dye the skin if needed. It is even suitable for men to color their beards with gray hair.
Cons: I have not noticed any negatives.

I purchased this product to mix it with LOCA pigment. The effect is good, as LOCA requires a liquid consistency rather than a creamy one.
I recommend choosing the cream developer for the same brand of hair dye. This liquid requires a long mixing time to ensure a smooth consistency without any lumps.

How do I use it? How many drops should I add? I tried it with 2 peas of paint, 6.7 drops, and then I tried 2 drops, but neither way was correct.
The developer didn't give me any trouble when using it. The drops were measured accurately, it's important not to overdo it. I bought it to use with the same brand of paint. Everything turned out well.
I am very satisfied with using the RefectoCil Augenbrauen und Wimpernfarbe oxidant together with the dye. The dye colors well and lasts a long time. Only a small amount of dye is needed, so it will last for a long time. I highly recommend it!
The developer is good, you just need to get used to its liquid consistency. When used with the matching dyes, it colors the hair and skin, resulting in a fairly long-lasting effect of up to one to two weeks. I ordered three products from this series, but unfortunately, I did not receive any gift.

I have been using this balm with dye. It is economical and provides a beautiful natural color when combined with the dye, without smudging. However, it may cause a slight tingling sensation if it comes into contact with the eye's mucous membrane. Overall, I highly recommend it!
