The product does the opposite of what it promises. It clumps the eyelashes together, leaves clumps at the tips, and flakes off.

This is not an original product; it's a cheap imitation. You can tell just by looking at it—the packaging is different, and most importantly, the quality is terrible.

The product looks great, but it wears off very quickly. I've been using this series for two years, but after just a few hours, it starts to fade.

I bought this product based on reviews. I have sensitive eyes, so I can say for sure that it does not cause any irritation. It doesn't have a wow effect, BUT if you value reliability, then this is for you! After a 12-hour shift, it still gives the effect of fresh makeup and is difficult to remove, even with a micellar water for long-lasting makeup.

It starts shedding within a few hours, even indoors. On the positive side, the brush is not bad. However, I am disappointed.

I ordered mascara on Makeup, and it perfectly coated my lashes, applied comfortably (not a dry texture), and was easily removed. After ordering the same mascara from another online store that has been officially selling L'Oréal products for many years, I received a product of completely different (inferior) quality - it seemed like 80% of its composition was hair lacquer. I kindly request the representative of the L'Oréal brand in Ukraine to ensure product protection!

I really liked the longevity and the cool brush of this product, but unfortunately, it simply dyes my lashes black and adds a bit of length 🤷🏻‍♀️. It easily washes off with warm water and micellar water.

I tried this mascara for the first time and it's really great. It's very long-lasting, doesn't flake or smudge, even when exposed to water. When you remove it with water, it comes off in small clumps. So you can even cry with it :) The lashes come out defined and separated. As for the downsides, personally, I find the brush not very convenient. I prefer curved, semi-circular brushes. But that's just a matter of preference.
