I have been using this developer along with the hair dye from this brand for many years and everything was great. But one beautiful day, I started to have an allergy to this developer. I began to research its ingredients and compare it with other developers that don't cause allergies... It turned out that there is a dangerous preservative in its composition that can accumulate. Apparently, it remains in the hair and becomes dangerous when the hair is long. For years, I went to an ENT doctor with external otitis and unknown non-infectious itching in my ears. We didn't think it was because of the hair dye, as I didn't feel any burning or redness during application. It was only revealed through a patch test conducted properly. The doctor advises me to shorten my hair to remove the allergen and prevent further harm to my body. Now, I am also recommended to take a break from using any chemical products. I'm copying this review for all concentrations because the composition is the same.
I purchased a good developer for Londa Professional's light ash tones 12/1 and 8/81. The 3% developer worked well and added a calm dark ash shade. I achieved a nice result without damaging my hair.

I really like this developer, it's great for everyone. It's convenient because it has a measuring scale on the bottle, so you can take as much as you need. I guess you could say it's "gentle" because it doesn't have any strong smell and my head doesn't itch even after a day of dyeing. I use the 3% strength and it covers my gray hair perfectly. It has been covering my gray hair for almost 10 years, maybe more. Right now, I'm using it with Echosline-Echos Color hair dye with beeswax, but I've also used it with other brands and everything was fine.

I tried it for the first time. The container is convenient for mixing 1 dye + 1.5 developer, as stated in the coloring instructions. However, my hair got really dry with this developer. Maybe it's because of the dye, I'm not sure. Before this, I used Estel. My hair didn't suffer as much. The coloring turned out even, with vibrant colors.
