I have been using this balm for a long time. It doesn't do anything for fluffiness, but it makes my hair very soft and pleasant, easier to comb. The wonderful scent stays on the hair for another 3-4 days. I am satisfied, you can't expect a super effect of keratin for such a price, which won't harm the hair.

This product is a disaster. It is extremely rare to find. When applied, it is hardly noticeable on the hair, so you need to use a lot of it. I have wavy hair and it doesn't work at all for frizz. In conclusion, I won't be buying it again. If you have a limited budget, it's better to go for Tresseme.
My mom received this balm as part of a set and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I have long, straight, and uncolored hair. After using it, my hair felt like it had been laminated - each strand was separate, effortlessly gliding through my fingers, and perfectly smooth and shiny. It also detangles easily. The most important thing is that my hair feels moisturized after using this balm. Even my favorite brand, numero, couldn't achieve similar results, although I used to love it before discovering dove.
The product itself is in liquid form, but I did not like it as it had no positive effect. Instead, it made my hair look like straw, even though my hair is naturally soft. I would recommend choosing Tresemme Botanique Nourish & Replenish Conditioner instead, as it has an incredible scent and provides twice the volume.

I give 5 stars to the balm from the EU and 1 star to the Ukrainian one. These are absolutely two different products, despite having the same name. They even have different compositions. The Ukrainian one (produced in Uzhgorod) is liquid with zero effect. The European one is noticeably thicker, and I can clearly see the effect from it. I have been using this series for a long time (I also use the treatment). My hair is down to my waist, so I notice the quality of skincare products immediately. Honestly, I don't understand the situation when low-quality and normal-quality products are sold under the same brand. This kind of manufacturer's policy is a bit misleading. Thanks to Makeup for delivering from the EU, it would have been sad without you))
I tried a 50ml sample of this product on my waist-length, thin hair. It was enough for two applications. The scent is nice and lingers on the hair for a long time. However, apart from that, I didn't notice any other positive aspects about it.

If you have the opportunity to wait, I would recommend ordering a large volume from Europe. Sadly, I have to admit that the quality really differs. Girls wrote that it became more liquid. Good conditioner! If you have VERY oily hair, it probably won't work for you, but for normal and dry hair, it's an excellent option. Personally, this shampoo and conditioner series is my favorite. Of course, no shampoo or conditioner can instantly repair your hair, but it can definitely keep it in good condition. And of course, it's important to remember the proper application of the conditioner, starting from the mid-lengths without touching the roots, and also rinsing it thoroughly. Then everything will be fine. I really like it. I recommend it.
