The conditioner is good, I also have an infra one, the hair condition is the same after both, silky, easy to comb. The head is not oily the next day. I think the effect is cumulative.

This conditioner is just terrible, I'm tired of struggling with it - half a bottle went straight into the trash. It's impossible to wash it off properly, I spend half an hour rinsing my hair, but they still end up sticky, dirty, and dull after using it (I only apply it to the length of my hair, which goes down to my waist). It feels exactly like PVA glue and has an unpleasant smell! I don't recommend it to anyone. After using the divine conditioner with Black Cumin, this one is a complete disappointment.

I have hair extensions, blond, naturally dry. This product worked perfectly for me. It smoothes out my hair, leaving it looking like I just used a hair mask. My hair becomes shiny, smooth, and soft.

I purchased the product not from this website, but I still want to leave my review here. For those who have low porosity curls, this product will not cause any harm as a standalone care. However, if you have unruly, fluffy, brittle, porous hair, then choose a different, more suitable product for care. It does not perform the functions of easy combing and smoothing the cuticle for the mentioned hair type. I did not like the scent.

The conditioner is absolutely amazing! Please note that it should be used once every 4 washes, as it functions like a mask. It truly moisturizes damaged hair! However, I do not recommend it for normal hair as it can weigh it down and create a snowflake effect. I have never come across a conditioner or mask that works better for damaged, bleached hair (and I've tried many different products).

I received a bottle with a manufacturing date of October 2016. It was sealed with protective film, which is pleasing! Dear employees of MA, could you please clarify the expiration date of the product? I didn't see any information on the bottle about how long the balm is good for after being manufactured.

This product didn't work for me as it made my hair feel heavy and sticky. I have thick, coarse, and porous hair. So far, I haven't found anything better than the Organ oil line for myself.

The conditioner is not bad, but during the winter period, it doesn't even help when combined with the same brand's argan oil. Hair still gets tangled and feels stiff at the ends. However, during other seasons (not the heating season), the conditioner noticeably nourishes the hair, making it look alive. Overall, the conditioner is okay, but dry air is not.

Thin, porous, over-processed greasy hair (the whole set, in general). After using this conditioner, my hair is alive, shiny, and tangle-free. It's unbelievable! I decided to write a post-review about the popular CHI products: CHI Keratin (shampoo + conditioner + leave-in conditioner + silk), CHI Infra (shampoo + conditioner + silk), CHI Argan Oil (shampoo + conditioner + hair oil). About a year and a half ago, I couldn't decide on a line that would suit me, and after reading a bunch of comments, I still couldn't find answers to my questions.

A little about my hair for a complete picture: curly, porous, dry scalp, split ends (I have solved this problem), ends were very dry (now the problem of dry ends remains, but they no longer break, and visually you can't tell there is such a problem), in the transitional seasons, my hair used to fall out a lot (the problem of hair loss is solved, please note that hair falls out due to a lack of vitamins, dry scalp, and constant heat styling with a blow dryer and flat iron), I live in Odessa and due to the humidity, I can't part with my flat iron (in October and November, I straightened my hair twice a day!), my hair quickly gets used to hair care products (after 3 months, I need to change my hair care line), I used to wash my hair every two days because of dandruff, my hair doesn't get greasy (unless I don't wash it for a very long time), now I wash my hair once or twice a week.

In my opinion, CHI Keratin is suitable for oily and normal hair (if you have dry only ends, it will also work). For me personally: the shampoo definitely didn't work, my scalp flakes on the third day. I used the hair conditioner as a mask, you can also use it on the roots (I applied it, put on a cap, wrapped it in a towel, waited for 20 minutes, and rinsed it off). The leave-in conditioner didn't work for me at all: my hair became even drier and frizzier, I applied it to damp hair, then applied it to dry hair after blow-drying before straightening, and my hair clumped together. I used the silk after straightening throughout the length to add smoothness, it worked, but I prefer the Infra series.

Conclusion for dry hair: the shampoo is not suitable, the conditioner is good (it does the main functions well), the leave-in conditioner is absolutely not suitable, the silk is a plus.

CHI Infra is an excellent line to start getting acquainted with this brand. I'm absolutely in love with the silk, I apply it to wet hair throughout the length, on damp hair during drying, and after straightening, the result is hair strand by strand, perfectly styled. The shampoo and conditioner worked for me, my hair is obedient and smooth.

I started my acquaintance with CHI Argan Oil with this product, it became a salvation for my hair. The shampoo nourishes the hair and moisturizes the scalp, I apply it and leave it on for about 3 minutes, massaging. I recommend applying the conditioner along the length but not on the roots (especially if you have normal skin or tend to be oily), I leave it on for 15-20 minutes. I apply the hair oil to wet hair before blow-drying and sometimes on dry hair on the ends (the oil doesn't replace the silk). The result is nourished hair and dryness goes away. If you don't straighten or blow-dry your hair, the curls are defined, strand by strand. Thanks to this line, I have fallen in love with my curls and can afford not to straighten them.

The scent of these products is wonderful. And most importantly, when using these products, the water for shampooing should be warm, and for rinsing the conditioners, it should be cool. Get miniatures or samples to determine which ones suit you.

About how I got rid of my hair problems and what products I use:
1) I solved the problem of dry scalp with peeling (it removes dead skin, eliminates flaking, and as a result, I can go a week without washing my hair) Loreal Professional Serioxyl Scalp Peeling Thinning Hair. Currently, it's not available, so I ordered Farmavita Amethyste Purify Peeling Mask, I haven't used it yet, so I can't say anything.
2) I use the shampoo, conditioner, and CHI Argan Oil as I mentioned above. I no longer blow-dry my hair. I straighten it less often now. I use the silk before straightening and after.
3) When my hair gets used to the products (dandruff appears faster, this is my main sign, it goes away after changing the line), I switch to CHI Infra.
4) During the transitional seasons, I take a monthly course of Medobiotin in combination with Aevit, one tablet a day. I also buy Minomax hair growth stimulating shampoo from Germany. There are cheap Ukrainian alternatives, but they are not effective (unfortunately, it's not available on make-up. I order it from another website). I alternate it with the CHI line.

In conclusion, my hair has stopped splitting, the dryness remains only at the ends, they don't fall out, and my hair is thicker.

I tried the restorative mask that costs 60 UAH, and even then, the effect was more noticeable. I took a sample, but I didn't notice any significant results after the first application or even after three uses. The hairdresser also washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner from this series in the salon - my hair started to get greasy quickly, and there was no smoothing effect at all.

Neither the shampoo nor the conditioner worked for me. My hair quickly becomes greasy, even though the ends are terribly dry.

I really love this conditioner. It revitalizes my hair and gives it a beautiful shine. It doesn't weigh my hair down. The ends are soft and flexible.

I'm not thrilled about it. I expected more for the price. It horribly dries out the ends of my hair, tangles it, and it's difficult to comb through afterwards. In general, it didn't work for me, which is a pity.
