The product is good, I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars: it softens the cuticles well and removes them super easily and quickly. However, I deducted points for the tube itself. It wastes a lot of material due to the wide opening. But other than that, I have been using it for 2 years now. I do my own manicure about once every 1.5-2 weeks. Maybe I will try other products for comparison :)
