I bought this mascara from a German store, but after using it for less than a month, the mascara dries out and my lashes start sticking out in different directions. It's impossible to apply it evenly, and it also flakes off.
I have recently started using it, so I can't say anything about it crumbling. But everything else - I'm thrilled! The lashes are black, fluffy, and yet they look natural. It doesn't smudge under my eyes or on my upper eyelid, even though I have oily skin (I powder it). I remove it with cleansing oil. If it lasts a long time, it will definitely become my must-have product.
Disappointment. The mascara does not clump, applies fine, but it leaves dark circles under my eyes, like a panda. I have never had this issue with any other mascara. It was highly praised, but it is not worth the money.

I bought the brown one. It smudges terribly, runs, and makes my lashes stiff and sticking out in different directions, with bent tips on top of it all. It's disgusting. I haven't come across anything better than Lancome Hypnose so far.

The best mascara in the world, I've tried various ones from different segments. It's perfect in every way, applies smoothly, doesn't clump, lengthens, adds volume, doesn't flake, doesn't irritate the eyes, and easily comes off with any cleanser or even plain water if needed. It lasts a long time, I've been using it for a year! Towards the end, I sometimes spray the brush with thermal water mist, and the mascara is like new again.

For Inn. I also had doubts, so I bought ISL mascara and Dior Nude powder here, but the powder is a tester, and the Dior maximizer. Everything is authentic. I was worried about the tester, but I was wrong. The quality is excellent. However, the ISL mascara smudges terribly on me, both the one I bought here and the one I tested at my friend's place (she doesn't have this problem because her eyelids are dry, while mine are oily). So, it's all individual)))
I really liked this mascara. It gives a beautiful volume without the "spider legs" effect (I apply it in one layer). It doesn't smudge. And, in my opinion, it even takes care of the lashes - they stopped falling out.
I really love this mascara. I have tried Yves Saint Laurent, Guerlain, Dior, and Shiseido, but this one is the best. My lashes don't stick together, the mascara doesn't flake off, overall it's amazing!! I highly recommend it.

The mascara is terrible. For this amount of money, you can find much better options. It does not lengthen or add volume. It flakes off. It is difficult to remove. On the third day, I went and bought Dior Iconic mascara. So far, Dior and Chanel mascaras are the best. I will never buy mascara from this brand again.

I really didn't like this mascara at all! The lashes turn out to be non-elastic, unsecured, and there is no volume at all. I wear contact lenses and with this mascara, I constantly feel dryness in my eyes. Moreover, it also flakes off!

This mascara is great - it separates the lashes, coats them evenly, doesn't flake, and is easily removed with makeup remover. It dries quickly on the lashes, almost instantly. It is perfect for daily makeup if applied once. (I haven't tried applying more than one coat yet.)
